Item-frames cause mostly only client lag, ticks happen not as frequent if edited in spigot.yml causing ticks not to be checked as frequent. But I still -1 because models cause too large of a performance loss (client sided) if too many are in one chunk / if looked at.

Two blades = a pair, One scissor = one item which means not a pair The scissor may consist of a pair of something but in reality the scissor is only really one thing, a pair is two of an item, which you could say two scissors is a pair not one scissor being a pair!

I see a "couple of couples in the park." Is worded with poor English, the right a way is, "I see a few couples in this park" as you need to flow words together, not mash them together.

You may say "A pair of scissors" but "scissors" is one thing, it has a pair of two blades on it, but the scissors itself is one thing. The right way to say this is a pair of shoes, since you are asking for (one) pair of shoes, shoes being two shoes for each feet.
