Those are my frames without shaders. With shaders it's around 14 FPS AVG. I guess a near early 2000s PC is running it's last lap. I used to be able to run shaders at 30 FPS AVG on the old map though.

I mostly hang around the forums rather than playing the game. This is another reason I am not known.

After going back to the pool still nothing much is happening. Checking the logs shouldn't take too long from my history of 1.3.1 server hosting.

I'm not sure about forced location. Something similar like being suspended forces you away from school, so for this I have no advanced knowledge.
