Every day in SRP is 4x, so 1 minute Oocly is 4 minutes ICly during the week, while on weekends its 6x as fast. To simplify things, one month Oocly is 4 months Icly, which is agreed on by everyone I'm pretty sure.

To add to this, without a rank, you end whatever you want to say with quotation marks, which then starts the color code, but it still doesn't look the neatest.

Getting rid of gangrp will get rid of a majority of players. As bad as that is, its a fact. Some people stay for the gangrp, more than the roleplay itself. SRP shouldn't be geared around gangrp, or adding stocks, but it should be able to compliment the main basis of the server.

I do have to bring up the competition between some students (bobcats) trying to see who gets 50 detentions first.. every day I have to deal with them either having hurt someone or drunk and it really makes me unmotivated to get on my nurse, knowing I have to deal with them almost guaranteed.
