Mostly what Zinth said!! There aren't that many builders on the build team, I'd want to hear their opinions on this idea and have it based of off if they'd like to do it or not + get paid doing it !!

+1 Me and another officer were going on about something like this. In most situations, people wait until no officers / barely any officers are around to do any big gangrp situations which is quite annoying considering the fact that we'd need to rush on and end up being late to the situation...
