She was probably unbanned but due to the ip-ban she couldn't get on the server. Like due to her ip being banned it made her fail to log on the server.

So a friend of mine got banned a few months ago for giving private information but she got unbanned yesterday after she had an appeal, @InhaleMyDuck unbanned her, yesterday and today she tried getting on the server but it says she is still banned when she shouldn't be...
