this is Buildingan07 I have been stuck in grade 10 it tells me you have reached the maximum grade I am trying to get to 11th and it told me maximum grade if you need proof text me I will send proof

whenever I try to grade up it tells me you have reached maximum grade i am in grade 10 its been like this for 6 days can someone help me with this pls
