Hello, the owner of this house has been offline for 138 days, here is proof of said house. Could the time be undone?

Hi, the formats are like private so i cant follow it. But my apartment (505 complex R) is broken, anyone can open the doors and I cant place anything above the first block! Could this be fixed or could I get my money back?
