I logged in tonight. Everything was fine and normal as per usual until I crashed, then rejoined the server realizing my whole inventory vanished, only the ender chest remains. Is this a glitch or something else? (note: I haven't died on the server yet nor dropped any items)

everytime I click done or sign a notebook the game crashes for me???
