I just got my age changed from 19 to 20 for the college rank. Before, I received the normal 1,250 yen allowance, however once it was changed it went down to 1,000 yen. On top of that, I can't see any of the college intercoms. Proof of me only getting 1,000 versus the normal 1,250.
