-1 I know both of the HS and College 'heads' aka the presidents and I can say they and the faction head themself are 'strict' enough with the councillors. There doesn't need to be restrictions on how they act if something needs to get reported do so icly.

+1 I agree with this mainly because there are so many people who are running off school grounds, but then at the same time the new players who are new and join at the spawn won't know how to get into school.
