+1 I think having the pipe wrench as a 2 block weapon would make a lot of sense considering the length of a pipe wrench both irl and the model within SRP. Sai realistically based on the length you have shown in the post would also be 2 block however i think it would be okay to leave it as 1...

+1 i believe that adding this will actually make weapons with the limb taking ability useful again considering KPS is really rare to come by and basically gate kept to UVG and VG without consented perms. Adding on to this i also think it will make the progression of perms make more sense...
