how do i get the texture update

IGN: NotSp4des ITEM NAME: Smart Phone Sakura EVIDENCE: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: i was playing basket ball and when server reset i lost everything in my inv all i rly want back is the phone i can get the other stuff. (these are the only ss i have cause of resent pc reset)

IGN NotSp4des: i cant really give you every specific item i lost but i lost my sakura phone and my plastic mask my debit card etc i just want to know if it can get rolled back so i get everything back this has happened to a buddy of mine before and it wasnt rolled back. im just really mad atm...
