My character has been stuck on year 7 since mid last year, ive posted many threads about it but I havnt gotten help nor told how to? So if you can please fix it :D

Ive been playing for a while and im still a year 7, could someone peple fix this ign: Mamfa

When I do /ar check, It says that I'm in 8th grade but when I type or speak it says that im in Grade 7, Is there any way I or someone can fix it, as it gets really annoying sometimes, thank you my ign is: Mamfa
