Is it possible to remove the Inf Slowness? i have been stuck with it for a few weeks

I actually tried that one, but somehow no one (HRs can remove it) even bothered to reply

So I don't know why but I got this slowness for about a few weeks ago, I'm basically stuck with Inf Slowness which doesn't let me move normally, I have to jump and move but it takes so much work and the zoom is too much, I can't see the screen good enough when I play the server. Here is proof...
