I have messaged him, though I didn't have any sort of reply. I was told on /help to post a thread here so I'm not sure myself.

Recently, I've came back onto the server and I've found that since the new maps have been introduced I haven't been able to use commands. Also, since I bought the rank Famouskid I haven't been Grading up (Going up from year 7). I can't use commands like /bal, /balance, /money which everyone else...

Ducks, I play this server a lot and my rank rn is a Famouskid (My username is KiwiBeth). Even though I play a lot, my rank doesn't go up which I believe is a glitch. Please help? And also my commands don't work like /spawn, /bal, /balance and /money. Help?

Ages ago I had bought the Famouskid rank, and I still have it obviously. Every time I do a common command like /bal, /balance, /money, /spawn it doesn't work and says insufficient permissions. Also, when I've played for ages (So far I've played for over 1 year though I don't come on too recent)...
