I was banned for like 9 months or whatever but they unbanned me recently and it wouldn't work

I have this issue still

Whenever I load up into the server it says (No Response) at the top of my screen then it crashes, Or it will start joining into the server I'll be in but can't move then it'll kick me out and say disconnected Ign: Swifty_Ice

I'm currently banned and trying to get unbanned
