Changed my mind (sorry xD)

I'm at Grade-12 but I'm 17 years old in game I was informed that it is a glitch and was told to post a thread here. I wish for my ingame age to be set to 18. IGN: uEternal

I've been glitched / stuck in 9th grade for over a week, can someone help me? Thanks!

I've been playing for awhile and I haven't been able to age up and whenever the timer to age up finishes I get the red message shown in the screenshot below. I've tried using the /help feature multiple times and i haven't gotten a response yet.

I am stuck at 14 and I should be 18 my username on minecraft is frosty_blu if that helps and when I go up a grade it says "You are at maximum grade"
