Hello, Ive been playing the game for about two weeks now and i'm still in 7th grade. When will my age/grade change?

i click /grade and it says the time but when the time goes down it says reached the maximum grade and when i relog it resets the timer and i can never grade up ive been stuck on grade 9 for ages
