I'm grade 8 still and have sent it to /help but it hasn't been approved

everytime i try to upgrade my grade. it tells me i have the maximum grade. im in 8th grade i had this yesterday 2 with 7th grade. it gave me my role of 8th grade like 24hours later. can i get my 9th grade? i have been playing for a while on the server and a admin told me to relog and i did so...

So it's basically the title, I am grade 7 and waited the required time, and when it was time to go up I typed /grade and it said I am already the highest grade possible, and after a couple tries it just reset the time back to an hour.

My grade is bugged I've been in grade 9 for very long when I do /grade it says "You have reached the maximum grade" I'd like to be grade 11 because its done this before and I've also been grade 9 for the last 2 hours or so
