Hi! I joined the server yesterday, and have been playing frequently in order to level up. I'm a grade 7. Whenever I do /grade, it tells me "You've already reached the maximum grade." I submitted a complaint about it as well.

every time i try using /grade is will say maximum grade. it does this every time i try and it just says on 8th when i try to relog

I have a problem. I reached (should've reached) grade 8 once my hour was done, but then it didn't work. So I relogged but it is now saying I have to wait another hour, even though I am still stuck on grade 7.
