You can't get out of a house, if you log out of it, and then someone claims it. Then your stuck in there. Didn't you think of this? Seriously. I'm stuck in a house and I can't get out, because I logged out when I was in there, because my Minecraft crashes. Fix. Or is there some way you can get out?
