Saikou suffers with type 2 diabetes, meaning he has very high blood sugar levels, meaning he needs to avoid sugary food, exercise a lot, and use his insulin whenever his blood sugars gets too high. If his blood sugar gets too high, he can lose his sight possibly go into a Diabetic coma.​

- He has long elegant dark brown hair that were tied in a small ponytail behind his back along with shuttered blue sapphire eyes which complimented well with his porcelain skin.
His expression seemed to be filled with satisfaction. His body appeared to look quite attractive as he had wide shoulders, a slim waist and hips, he always looked quite handsome as he took good care of his appearance and wore proper lavish clothings such as suits for example.
