My activity on SchoolRP has been broad, having been on this server for nearly two years as of the date I am writing this. Throughout my time on here, I have joined a variety of different factions and groups on this server, all of them taking a role into forming who I am today on SRP, the way that I roleplay and interact with other individuals, and most importantly, for this question at least, have been the reason why I have so many hours on this game. I currently have. . too many weeks to count (24 weeks of Playtime) on the server, along with a couple days on my Alternative Account, stalkinwaves. As of right now, I currently have an extremely flexible schedule, allowing me in order to pretty much get on for most, if not all, activities that I would have to do if I were to join this team, being rather beneficial for possible flash events that may occur. Putting all of these factors into consideration, I believe that I have an average of a 8/10 Activity score on this server, disregarding breaks and such that I take from time to time to prevent myself from burning out.
. . . Keeping it a buck with you right now, these hours may fluctuate and change rather often depending on holidays, breaks, and other external factors that may arise.

Are you aware that if you are inactive on the team you will be demoted?
Yes, I fully acknowledge the fact that if I have an extended period of inactivity, I will be demoted or removed from the Event Team.
What is your motivation for joining the Event Team:
Hm, let's see here. I want you to picture an individual looking at SchoolRP, gazing at all of the buildings that were constructed by different people, the variety of different interactions going on throughout the server, the many players chatting in character and out of character, it seems cool, right? Well, something that elevates this experience would obviously be EVENTS!! One of the only reasons why I even played this server was due to a spring ball event that encouraged me to log on, and at that event I made some friends that would teach me the basics of schoolRP and would later go on and become some great people in my opinion. This right here, is my first motivation for wanting to join the Event team; to be able to bring that spark into the server and to be able to re-create that essence that I had at that ball event. This obviously sounds corny, but I figured that this was a small little unique way of demonstrating my motive, y'know?
Moving onto my second motive for wanting to join the event team, we obviously got to include the whole CrimeRP world in here. The reason why CrimeRP and GangRP play a role in my motivation for wanting to join this team would be due to the almost boundless amounts of event ideas that you could construct with these groups of people, as well as the amounts of just overall enjoyment that could come out of them. While yes, the server doesn't exactly favor these types of events sometimes, I personally believe that if well-executed, crime events can be the best type of event to experience and execute overall. As a gang-lead, I have obviously constructed a variety of different events that I believe are very fun and have lots of potential.
My third and final motive for wanting to join the event team would be in order to be able to meet a new sect of schoolRP. Now I know this may seem silly to some, however, I do genuinely believe that joining this team could bring a whole load of new friendships and such for me, as it allows me to better match with people that I know like and follow the things that I do. There isn't really much more to say about this than what I have previously stated, however if you're wondering ''Oh why can't he do this outside a faction''? Well, it's because being in the Event team sort of forces you to have to work together with peers, possibly bringing new friendships.
What makes you a suitable event team member:
I believe that I personally am a suitable member for the staff team due to three reasons;
ONE.
I have had past experiences with coordinating and creating events, as I have been a builder and moderator for a different server before schoolRP and have contributed to a variety of different events in that said server. I have also created and seen numerous other events in my experiences in gangRP, and have therefore, managed to figure out what's possible and what isn't, what is fun and what isn't, and what works and what doesn't work as an event.
TWO.
Throughout my time in SchoolRP, one of the main things that I am proud of would be my reputation in the Playerbase. I have been known for a number of good contributions, whether it comes to gangRP or for other things overall, and have been an aid and friend to many past and present players of this server, which brings me to part two of this reason; I am a friendly person that can communicate well with others. I have previously taught beginners some server rules and mechanics, and have had to have lots of patience for these said people to actually be able to learn the server's rules and such. I believe that this skill can make me a suitable staff team member as it allows for communicating ideas for issues with me to be far easier than possibly some other people.
THREE.
Simply my motivation and discipline to create and construct events.
Now why does this simple factor make me a suitable staff member? Well, with this motivation and discipline, I am able to put in a lot more effort and personalization when it comes to curating and creating brand new event ideas, resulting in, well, better and more high quality results.
Please provide three detailed event suggestions that would work for our server:
EVENT 1:
'THE CARNIVAL OF MELODY; 6/24.'
''A music festival that is hosted on the national day of music, representing the vibrant collection of genres and songs all throughout the whole globe in a bite-sized manner that is fun for all.''

AUDIENCE | MAIN GOAL | TYPE OF EVENT |
All of the Playerbase (KPD, Sports, EMS, Etc.) | I wanted to bring more of a drive and emphasis on different cultures, and I believe that this event is a great way in order to achieve just that goal. I also believe that this can be a great way in order to spark up some new roleplay opportunities with other people, as well as causing more reason for members to get onto the server. The overall idea of the theme being geared towards a voted Genre can also be very interesting to see executed in SRP, and I believe that overall this could serve as an event with lots of potential, as it gives the cheer teams one way to perform in front of a large crowd as well! | Medium to Major. |
PREPARATION STAGE.
As a means in order to prepare for the main event, there will be numerous things that will be setup prior to the actual date of execution. All of the following events will take place at least two weeks OOCly before the actual event in order to give leeway and breathing space for the Event team to, well, plan and sort everything out.
- The first action that will be taken before this event would be to create a ballot booth somewhere, preferably near a hotspot such as the Plaza or the news station. The motive behind having a ballot stand would be in order for the citizens of Karakura to put in their favorite song genre or style. This poll is in order to help dictate what sort of area/theme the event will be based off of, whether it's geared to the theme of North Mexico, or Southern Compton, California. Not only does this allow the people to actually have a say in what is going on in the event and how it will look like, it also helps in giving the committee that is hosting this event more of a starting ground to build off of.
- After this step, the ballot's would shut down around a week before the event actually is supposed to begin. At this time, we would have the results of the poll, and would therefore gear the event towards that concept. This is where the actual structure of the event starts to form. The event would most likely happen at either business park, or on the beach. These two spots are perfect for both holding a ton of people in one area, and also being an overall nice environment to construct booths and such on. Different shops would have the opportunity to purchase booth slots throughout the space, as well as other possible businesses (Sports teams, unofficial, etc). As well as starting to create the layouts for this event, we would also pick three songs off of the genre that is selected, this will be used in order to host a vote at the end of the event. Each song would have a different performance if possible done by either one person or a group of people, giving more people roleplay opportunities to be able to perform in a cool stage in front of a bunch of people!
- Now, after polishing the design of the event and finalizing decisions, we can finally go and start to setup the actual booths for people and the events and other stands for the carnival. This should be completed at the VERY most a day before the actual event. Now, assuming this all goes well, it is now time in order to execute the actual fun part.
ACT 1.
- There is an announcement that calls at all of the citizens in Karakura, a voice soon follows the initial ring.
''GOOD DAY KARAKURA CITIZENS, AS OF 11:00 AM, THE MUSIC FESTIVAL IS NOW COMMENCING!''
This will be the declaration of the start of the event, everybody working for the committee will get into positions as the people start to head on in. In this phase, many of the regular event things will go on, some games and mini-events will occur that are sponsored from other companies or groups, booths will be selling food and souvenirs, it will just be a nice little thing. Oh yeah, also, if it's at all possible, we add some small carnival rides such as a Ferris wheel and merry go round. There isn't too much else to say about this stage besides maybe getting a camera-man to start recording the event and the booths.
ACT 2.
This is where some of the main events start to be alluded too; There will be an assortment of clues that can be de-bunked in order to let the audience know what is coming up next and what they expect. At this time, booths will slowly start to shut down temporarily for what comes.
After all of the main attraction(z) are closed temporarily, the stage will suddenly light up, a mysterious individual with a loud speaker will announce the whole
''YOU GUYS WILL VOTE FOR ONE SONG OUT OF THE THREE AS SONG OF THE FESTIVAL!''
to the members at the event. After this, the three performances will follow along with the three songs that play. While this happens, a squad of workers will set up booth at the front of the stage, making sure to block off the surrounding area until all the songs finish. When the performances eventually do finish, the workers will open the booths, allowing the people to vote for the song they think is worthy of winning song/performance of the festival. After this point, booths can start to open up again, as well as any other attraction(z!!!!) that are in the area.
ACT 3.
Now now, I know this is a music festival, but wouldn't it be pretty fun if we had a fun little. . competition?
Well, after the performances end, the individual will announce an array of corny carnival competitions, such as pop the balloons, wipe-out maze. . You get it. The winner of these events would receive some sort of reward such as a medal or possibly a decent helping of Yen. After this happens, the attractions can start running for a bit longer before the closing of the festival is announced, however it's not just followed by a simple ''Goodbye'', instead, the song that was chosen would start blaring as fireworks sounded into the air, glowsticks being handed out to the people as they watched and cheered.
oh yeah and let's also add a dog picture for the sake of it.

'BIRTH OF GREEN AND RED SPIRIT; 12/3'
''Fall down seven times, stand up eight.''
''Fall down seven times, stand up eight.''
AUDIENCE | PURPOSE | TYPE OF EVENT |
Karakura Police Department, Citizens, Reporters | In order to bring more attention to the Criminal side of the server-Ish. It isn't harsh like previous GangRP related events, however it is a fun, and harmless way in order to show the playerbase the potential of Delinquent and Gang roleplay when it comes to fun situations like this. Adding onto this, I also believe that this is a much better substitute for introducing the tree into Plaza instead of lets say a quick server restart to implement it. This event can also, in my opinion, help elevate the whole winter vibe for players in this server, which is one of the peak moments of the year for all factions alike. | Major |

All of the following events will take place at least two weeks OOCly before the actual event in order to give leeway and breathing space for the Event team to, well, plan and sort everything out.
So, picture this; You and a group of friends decide that you want to get up to some mischievous fun. Well, obviously there are many ways of doing just that: you could go and mug people, start fighting people, street race, but that seems repetitive, at least to this group it does. These individuals had something different in mind, they wanted to be able to do something that wasn't entirely fueled off of malice and teenager anger, they wanted to coat the city in a new light, literally.
For this to work, you would need a group of people that would be willing to play the delinquent role for the purpose of the event and the scattering of the lights, a section of the Karakura map that can be spread out with frog light blocks, and obviously, a giant Christmas tree, you'll see why soon.
ACT 1.
''Stringing of Karakura.''
The group of delinquents would scatter all throughout Karakura, each of them dressed as 'Santa's Elves' and with a snowball backpack filled with ropes of tacky Christmas lights. A call would be made to a group chat with all of the said delinquents, what followed would be a kid yelling ''GO!''. As soon as the group head this phrase yelled through the phone, they started to zip open their backpacks, using numerous ladder and other materials in order to climb the electric poles and small buildings throughout Karakura before throwing the ropes of lights over them. This would cause a FART (keep it PG guys!) ton of light strings being scattered throughout the Karakura town, along with the occasional Christmas spray-paint wherever they could. Now, what's the point of setting up the living room with lights if you don't place down a Christmas tree? Well. . That's exactly what popped up in their minds when they came up with this plan.
Now, whilst this was happening, obviously the Karakura Police Department would grow sort of skeptical about this, I mean, these kids are quite literally vandalizing the entire town of Karakura, no? Well, that means that they would have to have a bit of fun as well.
ACT 2.
''PLANT THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT, JHONNY!''
The Karakura Police Department would eventually find out where the group of delinquents were via vague trails of equipment used to scatter the Christmas lights around Karakura, however what they didn't account for was A TRUCK?!?!?! Yep, the kids sc****d up enough money to get a Uhaul truck into Karakura JUST to be able to transport the required materials to construct a big ass tree. Now, where would they place this tree? Well, there's no better place than RIGHT IN FRONT OF PLAZA. The kids would start to place the tree down, assembling it with haste before the Police showed up, which they manage to successfully set up, but there was one thing left; They needed to put the star on. Unfortunately, the KPD would have already arrived onto the scene at this point, so this would prove to be quite difficult without some sort of external help. . Or did it?
ACT 3.
''Christmas carol clutch of the century.''
. . . So, I'm not going to lie, these next few sentences will make me sound like a dunce, but I swear I genuinely put some thought into this. As a last-ditch effort in order to buy some time to place the star onto the tree, they would call up some friends in order to execute a VERY important step in this mission. After a minute or two of stalling, they would arrive at the Plaza, all of them dressed up in ugly sweaters, tacky dad joke pajama pants, and elf boots. They would all march forward in front of the Officers and Detectives, clearing their throats as they proceeded to sing a horrible rendition of All I want for Christmas is you and Jingle Bell Rock. SOMEHOW, this action would be able to stall for enough time for them to place the golden star onto the top of the tree, allowing it to glisten in the night sky, along with the roped Christmas lights that surrounded the area. Honestly, it looked sort of wholesome, the delinquents started laughing together before they all came to the conclusion that. . They were fried. They looked at the Karakura Police Officers, looked back at each other, and BOOKED it. Now, I can't dictate whether or not they get away, but I can confirm for SURE that this will make headlines.
RESULT.
This can be a fun, new way in order to introduce the annual Christmas tree in plaza, possibly adding some lore and starting an annual tradition of. . Getting delinquents to rush plaza with a giant Christmas tree!
oh yeah, we're also adding a cat picture to keep up with the picture trend.

AUDIENCE | MOTIVATION | TYPE OF EVENT |
Sports teams | In order to introduce different cultures into eachother. Since the ships introduced are owned by American Millionares, it would be interesting to see how the two cultures meet and how they react to one another, allowing for more Roleplay Opportunities. This can also be taken as a new take to the stereotypical beachside party, and can instead be twisted into a brand-new, ocean party sort of concept. | Medium |

WIP, rich ppl meet with each other and decide to spend millions of dollars in order to host a cool event for ''No reason'' in an unknown island in the Archipelago known as Japan; Karakura. (they are american so that means some american influence stuff). They get four relatively large boats to Karakura and line them up in an almost cube shape.
-act 1
WIP, they get their boats ready, creating bridges in between them to allow people to pass through and adding a bunch of party games and such throughout the four boats, as well as getting a DJ and speaker up.
-act 2
WIP, the rich mfs get the word out to all of the people in Karakura, quickly spreading the news of the Party and peaking a bunch of people's interests.
-act3
WIP, the party actually happens, it has a bunch of beach mi****mes, a swim race, but most importantly, T-T-T-T-T... TAX EVASION ACCUSATIONS?!?!?! WOAH! They realize that they are lowkey cooked and that they won't be safe here for long, so they quickly end the party and DIP the hell outta Karakura, and onto the next island to run from the IRS!!!
this is more silly lawl

Additional notes (You may leave this blank):
Thank you for spending the time to read my application, it really means a lot to me regardless of the final turnout. Keep in mind that this IS my first time ever constructing some sort of application other than for teacher, so please bear with me if I make any mistakes in this.
