Describe your activity on the server:

Within the server, I am typically active around evening hours. This could range from 2:15 PM and onwards. From Monday through Friday, it would end near midnight. If it were weekends, it would range. I don’t prioritize logging on every day, as other blockades are in the way. If I did do, or say I would that would be lying. However, in my case at least, an example is school, family time, etcetera, however normally, I get on whenever possible. While on the server, I like to do some simple activities, alongside some fun activities, this can be on a range from simple in-game roleplaying interactions, or community events. I like ranging my interactions from social, to action-oriented roleplay. I want to remain involved with the server and contribute to as many ongoing events as possible. I also make small efforts to assist newer players, whether these are server-related, answering questions, or even improvement tips. If I am in or out of character, I enjoy maintaining a known presence among the server’s community.

I am from the United States of America. I live on the East Coast, which puts me in the Eastern Standard Time zone, which is GMT-5. This allows me to be active during the afternoon to evening hours, typically between 2:15 PM and onwards. However, my schedule may vary by day.

What are your motivations in applying for the black market dealer role?:

My motivation for applying for the position of Black-Market Dealer is that I find it both exciting and challenging to be a part of something that involves either strategic thinking or quick decision-making skills, in most cases, both. The role operates under the radar while interacting with many players on the server. This is something that appeals to me as a long-standing player in the community. It’s not really about selling items within the server but managing the risks you obtain, you have to understand people’s intentions and also know how to navigate complex situations where trust is never an option.
I enjoy the thought of having to stay resourceful, constantly thinking ahead to adapt to whatever happens. Whether it may be in negotiation with players, forming treaties among players, or even managing inevitable conflicts, the role of a black market dealer requires somebody who can stay calm under high-pressure situations. From a personal standpoint, I am very fit in that position. As I have been within crime on School Roleplay for about four years now, I’ve learned the pros and the cons of it, how to interact with other players throughout the years, and much more.
Additionally, I appreciate the depth the role offers within the server, in terms of character development. Playing someone smart, careful, and even willing to take calculated risks is something I feel like I would enjoy. The role also gives me a chance to get involved with meaningful scenarios, where every choice I make carries something with it, and any choice can lead to an unexpected outcome. Overall, I think the role suits me as a person, and my strengths, and would allow me to contribute in a way that is both fun and engaging for other players.

What helps you to stand out from other applicants & what can you uniquely provide to the team?:

What sets me apart from other applicants is my ability to adapt quickly to a variety of different scenarios, alongside thinking on my feet. I have had a strong understanding of how to balance caution with taking risks, which I believe would be an essential need for black market dealers to have. I’m a player who pays close attention to details, whether small or large. Whether it’s reading people’s intentions, planning my next moves, or even ensuring that my actions align with the role's responsibilities. The level of focus that is needed to focus is high, however, it allows you to stay reliable and consistent, the focus required, I feel I can provide.
One thing that I am positive that I can uniquely provide to the group is a grounded, approachable attitude while still maintaining the edge required for the position. In my own eyes, I’m very skilled at building strong relationships with many other players within the community, whether it may be through negotiations, alliances, or even rivalries. These interactions add depth to the character's history, I take time to listen and observe, these traits allow me to adapt to players, alongside situations, in this way, it makes my roleplay dynamic, as well as engaging. It ensures that every altercation, whether good or bad, remains fresh and authentic.
Additionally, to this, I can bring a sense of organization to the team, now, to say that there isn’t already an organization would be wrong, as there is plenty of such. Alongside, I bring long-term planning to the table, I enjoy creating strategies that aren’t just ‘reactive, but proactive.’ This creates a strong sight of realistic features, alongside purpose as to what I do on the black market team. Whether it may be managing through things, fostering valuable connections, or even staying ahead of an infinite amount of risks, I approach this position with a calculated mindset.
Last but not least, I am committed to being an active presence on the server. I make it one of my utmost priorities to remain involved within the community and measure every step I take to ensure my contributions not only benefit myself or the role but also enhance the experience for other players. I feel confident that the blend of adaptability, resourcefulness, and commitment will help me stand out as a valuable addition to the team.

What previous experience do you have in working with a team?:

I’ve had many experiences throughout the years that I’ve played on this server, ranging from working with teams, both in leadership roles and contributing members of a community, One of my most notable team experiences was being a part of the football team, whereas to I learned the importance of many things, however, a priority is communication, strategy, and supporting others, whether they are doing well, or bad. This is an experience that I’ve learned throughout that has helped me learn high-pressure situations and value the trust of cooperation.
Beyond that, I’ve taken on several leadership positions in both unverified and verified gangs. As a higherup, I was highly responsible for creating the group's plans, alongside the other leadership and/or higher-ranked members which assisted in creating dynamic, plans, and ensuring executions for operations. These roles have required me to think ahead, go on with tasks as efficiently as possible, and even keep the team organized.
I’ve experienced leading my own gang, as well. This has helped me develop my skills further in decision-making alongside conflict resolution. Leading a group is meant to be held by somebody responsible, specifically for everyone’s success, along with safety. This has pushed me to maintain a level head and make choices that benefit the group as a whole.
Additionally, I have spent a lot of time assisting others, whether it may be in helping with specific tasks, offering advice to people, or even stepping in to support somebody when needed the most. These few moments have helped me value being a dependable suit for this role, as well as how small actions can have a big impact on overall success.
Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of the terms teamwork, leadership, and adaptability, which will help me thrive.

What suggestions do you have to help better the crime faction?:

There are a few things that I believe the crime faction could benefit from.
1. Enhanced Communication throughout Groups
Encouraging better communication between factions alongside their leaders said gangs within factions could create a more “unified” and engaging experience. In which of follows, organized meetings, discreet negotiations, or collaborative operations throughout groups could create rivalries, and this would open doors to more dynamic roleplays.
2. More Interactive Events
An input of more faction-specific, or server-wide crime-related events could make players' experience more engaging. This could be heists, territory disputes, or infiltration missions that could either bring groups together or tear them apart and make new ones arise.
3. Mentorship & Integration for new players
Developing something within the crime faction could help newer members adjust and/or thrive. Pairing experienced players with newer players would ensure that everyone understands the logic of the faction, alongside the quality of roleplay. This approach would make the faction more welcoming.

Full Legal Name:

‘My name is Kirschiro Aslanov.’

Criminal Alias:

‘Known as Kurogai, to know my name is to know inevitability.’

Age & Occupation: (Note: if you become a black market dealer, you will be permitted the Adult role)

Kirschiro’s lips curled into a faint smirk, his words were deliberate.
‘Occupation? Such a mundane concept. I deal in certainties. . uncertainty for others. Fortune for myself, My means of profit are in no way of this matter concerning, they are as inexhaustible as they are traceable. Worry about how you’ll sleep tonight, rather than how I live.’
Kirschiro stopped for a moment, continuing on.
‘As for my age, I am forty-eight.’

Gender & Marital Status:

Kirschiro’s gaze sharpened, his tone cold, alongside unyielding.
‘Gender? Male. However, such labels are insignificant to what I do well. As for marital status, I belong to nobody, and nobody belongs to me. Attachments are a weakness, one I cannot afford.’

Ethnicity & Race:

Kirschiro’s voice is calm, almost detached as he runs his hand over his notes. He leaned backward.
‘I’m Russian and German by heritage, but my roots also trace back to Japan, blended blood, older traditions, and old wars that linger throughout my family's history. There’s a strength in that mix, a quiet discipline, passed down through many generations, each culture which would shape in other ways you cannot unsee.’

Known Languages:

Kirschiro set his pen down and looked upwards with an air of casual confidence.
‘I know German, for its structure, alongside sharpness. Japanese, with its layers alongside subtlety, Japanese Sign Language, mainly because simple hand gestures sometimes make more sense than words ever could. And Russian, old, direct, and to the point.’

Former Associations/Occupations:

Kirschiro brought himself forward in his chair, his fingers were rhythmically on the desk as he reflected something.
‘I’ve danced with shadows and dealt with people from all walks of influence, formerly aligned with select groups that value strategies, followed with precision. Mercantile networks, intelligence operations.’

Highest Level of Education:

Kirschiro tapped his pen against his chin, a faint smirk in his voice.
‘I hold a Master’s degree in Military Strategy, alongside weapons engineering. The kind of education that isn’t typically taught in classrooms, more in realistic application. Firearms, tactics, close-quarter combat, and the science of precision, everything from ballistic calculations to even the art of weapon design and utilization. The knowledge that has proven far more useful work in my line of work than any other degree could.’

Physical/Mental Ailments:

'I carry a single reminder of past conflicts, a faint scar under my eye. A mark that serves both as an experience and a memory that I carry from day to day. Physically, it's a minor imperfection. However, it tells a tale of its own. One of survival, battles, and any lessons learned. Mentally? I have no ailments to speak of, my focus remains unstoppable, tempered by years of discipline and the cold logic of strategy.'

Known Family Members:

Kirschiro's voice remained steady, carrying a detached calm as he spoke.
'I have little to nothing of my family as a reminder, my father remains a distant presence now, as he did forty years ago. He's a name tied to a history I've long left behind, his influence was faint, but it lingers ever so slightly. A reminder of where I come from, even if I no longer live by that name. My mother, on the other hand, remains absent in all but name. She chose her path, I chose my own, and our two paths were not meant to cross one another. Beyond that, my family is such of a ghost, a collection of distant memories, or severed connections. Obligations left unfulfilled.

Describe your character's appearance to the greatest detail:

Kirschiro stands with a calm, deliberate presence. Everything about him demands attention without the effort of doing much, his face remains partially hidden through shadows, sharp angles, and distant features offering only fleeting stares of their intent. His hair is dark, a jet-black color as it seemed, and it's neatly combed to fall around my face to maintain a simple show of secrecy.
Kirschiro's suit is a tailored masterpiece, alongside his hair, his suit was also jet-black. The suit had many faint streaks of purple running downwards, in other terms vertically. The stripes give it a sense of depth or power. Every line, every stitch, is intentional, all of them sharp, or clean. They are a symbol of control, and discipline as well.

Describe your character's personality to the greatest detail:

Kirschiro is always calculated, a way of speaking, the character is five steps ahead, and he can predict most outcomes of anything. Every word and every choice is all deliberate. He trusts logic over impulse, along with strength over sentiment. He's in the belief that emotions have no true place within the world that he's chosen to navigate. He is very cold, efficient, Aswell unyielding. He prefers being blocked within the shadows rather than light, silence to idle conversation. Kirschiro's time is reserved only for matters that matter, some may see him as an inapproachable figure. And not to prove anyone wrong, they were right. He's built his mind into weapons, carefully studying strategy, manipulation, economics, and even combat are all his tools.
The man of ability shows great power, no weakness nor hesitation, he believes that chaos is a tool, specifically one that's weld by himself, a form of confidence. His strength mainly lies within discipline, strategy, and certainty. Under pressure, Kurogai remains calm. He's waiting, watching, always ready for the next move, or to calculate said move.
In his own eyes, fear is not about brute force. Fear is about control, precision, alongside strategy.

'I've already won before you even understood the game.'

Describe your character's backstory to the greatest detail: (200+ words minimum)

Kirschiro's life began in the harsh environment of a small town, particularly a coal-mining town. In this town, survival wasn't an option. The choice of survival was slim and practically cost your dreams. Kirschiro was born into a family of laborers, in his early life he was defined as a miner, he spent most of his days beneath the surface, obtaining illnesses of many; he was suspected of black lung before, even while, his lungs scarred by the coal dust. Kurogai, or Kirschiro was digging in treacherous conditions with tools that were.. a partial amount too big for the young man's hands. However, that didn't stop him. His father, a figure that was hardened by years of toil was both a mentor and a warning, Kirschiro saw the man as a physical toll of spent bowing to the demands of the town of unforgiving industry.
As a teenager, Kirschiro's resentment towards his circumstances grew greatly. The mines became so much more than a workplace, at least to him, at that time. . they were a prison. He began questioning why his family sacrificed so much for so little. This was a bitterness simmering lowly in the back of his mind, yet even in this existence, he found strength. Kirschiro excelled in his talent, specifically in mining, mastering the use of pickaxes, explosives, and many more mining tools. His efficiency made him stand out from others, but deep down he knew. Even being the best of the best would never free him from the cycle, poverty & danger.
Tragedy struck him when the mine collapse took the lives of his family members, leaving him as the sole survivor. This event not only broke the kid emotionally but also severed his ties to any sense at all. Himself, built up with guilt, and anger, he abandoned the horrid life of a miner, quickly disappearing into the shadows of Karakura. Alone, alongside desperate, he quickly learned to adapt to the city's crime underworld, where strength was not measured by muscle, but by cunning. He started with small, simple crimes, smuggling contraband, and sabotaging competitors, but his mind took a turn to planning, he wanted redemption.
Over time, Kirschiro practiced his skills, blending the discipline of his mining days with the ruthlessness of the crime underworld, which was required for survival, at least there. The skills he had developed in the mines, working in silence, navigating environments that may cause danger, fear, or anything of that nature. His operations grew in the dark, and he became an expert in evasion from law enforcement, often retreating to the dark corners of the city where absolutely nobody knew where he was.
As he delved deeper into the city's underbelly, he became the master of blending in. Observing, learning, adapting, all while staying unnoticed.

'Survival isn't a gift; it's a skill. And in the shadows, only the patient and the precise truly thrive.'

Describe an interaction that your character may have as a black market dealer: (This can be anything — a weapon deal, an event they may be involved in, or maybe an interaction with a gang)

The air inside of the room felt heavy, almost as if it was oppressive, as 'Kurogai' stood motionless, watching the flicker cross Deno von Moltke-Löwe’s face. The meeting was a place that reeked of oil, metal, and secrecy. The faint hum of distant machinery acted as a way to break the silence, you could almost hear a pin drop, otherwise. The machinery added tension to the moment, 'Kurogai's' posture was calm but deliberate. His suit blends with the background of the room. He spoke. "Deno von Moltke-Löwe." He said, breaking any silence that was left by the machines whirling. "Is a virtue, yet here you are, seven minutes late." His tone was simply neither chiding nor forgiving, It was a simple statement that carried the fact of eight. He gestured to a steat that was across from him, a chair that looked as cold and unwelcoming as Kurogai himself. "Sit," he said.

Deno hesitated for a swift moment before taking a step forward, his shoes tapping softly against the concrete floor. The flickering light above illuminated his youthful face, one that showed both curiosities, along determination. "I wasn't aware I'd be timed," Deno replied evenly, his voice steady despite the figure before him.

Kurogai simply raised a brow to Deno, a ghost of a smirk showing off the corner of his lips. "Every second matters, in this business. A moment's delay can mean the difference between powder or ruin." He reached into his pocket, revealing a small, black container as the hand was rose. The case, when opened produced a blade. Its edge was just whispering promises of both protection and even destruction. He set it on the table with a deliberate motion, bringing his head upwards to meet Deno's young face. The sound of the still box meeting would ring out continuously like a judge's gavel. "This," Kurogai began, leaning to Deno slightly, "is not just a weapon, a tool, a statement, and a test. Do you understand? Every transaction here is one of trust, fragile volatile, and very easily broken. And I must know, Deno: can I trust you?"

Deno met Kurogai's gaze, his jaw simply tightening from the dusty ballistic mask. "If you couldn't trust me, I wouldn't be here," Deno replied, his hands resting towards the table's edge, but they never trembled, even as Kurogai's eyes darted to him. "I didn't come to play games. I came for results."

"Results?" Kurogai jumped upwards to the question, his voice giving off an echo. Along the echo; the voice dropped into a low rumble that sounded similar to a growl. He folded his arms as the smirk below the mask dissipated. "Results come with costs, Deno. Blood, loyalty, and even patience. Do you have those to spare, Deno? Or are you here because you think this will be an easy snag for you? Tell me, what it is you seek from me?"

The question of Kurogai lingered for a while, heavy and unanswered. As Deno shifted his weight, he hesitated. Not due to a lack of an answer, but because he knew every word that'd be dissected, weighed, and used against him if spoken incorrectly. "What I seek," Deno began, however slowly. "is control. Over my enemies, my future, my life. I'm not afraid to pay that cost."

Kurogai's head was brought to a tilt, his sharp features shown in the shadow. "Control is an illusion, Deno. One does not hold it; one must become it." He gestured to the blade on the table. "Take it, Deno. It's yours, for now. But remember, for every favor I receive, extended demands are due to be repaid. Are you prepared to owe me?"

Deno's hand reached for the blade, his fingers slowly curling around the hilt. He lifted it, feeling its weight. "I wouldn't be here if I wasn't prepared," he said, his voice steady. But his eyes flicker as of doubt, even a momentary glimpse of the gravity that lay ahead.
Kurogai stood, his towering frame cast a shadow over the table. He walked around to stand behind Deno, placing a firm hand on the young man's shoulder. "You'll need that resolve, Deno. Because of the path you've decided to take is not one of victory or glory, it's one of survival. This is the cruelest game of all. As Kurogai's hand lifted, the room grew colder than previously, he walked towards the door, pausing before walking ahead. He delivered his final words of the conversation. "Remember, in the shadows, there are no allies. Only those who haven't turned on you yet." And with that, he disappears into the darkness, leaving Deno with the blade, and the decision he chose.

"In the shadows, trust is the most dangerous weapon of all. Sharp, deceptive, and always ready to betray."

THIS IS NOT A REAL STORY - THIS IS MADE UP BY CONSENT WITH DENO

Describe any other additional information that is notable in considering your character for the role of a black market dealer: (If inapplicable, put N/A)

Kirschiro's candidacy for the role of a black market dealer extends beyond his calculated demeanor and mastery of negotiation, however, his innate understanding of human behavior allows him to exploit trust, fear, and desperation to his advantage. His background as a coal miner endowed him with resilience and adaptability under immense stress and pressure. The traits he owns now fuel his thriving in the underground, he's a master of subterfuge, and he ensures that everything he does within his dealings remains undetectable. His precise memory and acute ****ytical skills allow him to predict the outcome of almost anything that stands before him or occurs. His obsession with detail is reflected in his dealings. He is revered for his precision but feared for his ruthlessness. A client's betrayal or incompetence is met with a calculated return; reinforcing his reputation.

What makes Kurogai most notable is his approach to crime. He views the black market organization as an art piece; one that requires finesse, vision, and control. In his eyes, everything is a symphony, every betrayal is an opportunity to refine the melody

"In chaos, I thrive. In shadows, I reign."
