Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Ryoba has pale skin and dark black hair that turned an almost dark-ish black purple at the tips and it went down to her hips! She had a distinctly large scar around her waist and upper arms
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
She's usually calm and reserved always ready to listen and to chat cheerily!
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
She loves having co-workers to relate and talk with and lovess spending time during teamwork and bonding!
What's your character's backstory?
Born and raised in japan she grew up with a perfectly normal family up until an incident, she always helped around the house whenever she could, growing up she was always such a quiet and reserved kind girl shy and sweet never talking about herself she was a great listener. During around grade 7-8 she wandered into the sewers with her friend curiously just to have found out they lost their way, in a panic her friend fled and Ryoba lost them through the maze of sewers and water haven ended up stuck in barbed wire left aimlessly in a big room of bridges and ladders and stairs when what appeared to be a small up and coming gang walked in seeing her they were worried she saw or took something she shouldn't have and ended up knocking her out and causing the scars around her waist and upper arms, due to this she vowed to never let crime strike through again and she made it her mission to make sure crime was taken care of.

I would try and find out what was going on calmly trying to reason with them and try and break it up after telling a higher up about the abuse
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
Instantly deescalate the situation rationally and pull the assaulter off the co-worker and put them in cuffs for questioning and arrest for assult!
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Look over what happened and any evidence before going and telling a higher up!
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Deny them on instance and go to a higher up if this persists
