My usual activity on SRP is 5-10 hours whenever, I mostly do a lot of GangRP a lot all day, or sell items to people around the town and do a lot of CombatRP and FightRP with people on the server. I do a lot of GangRP, especially with my friends. I usually try to get on after school or after work which i have been doing as of recently, my playtime hasn't been the best since recently i had to stop playing due to going to college and having work but now i settled down and have most of my time to play. My playtime hasn't been the best due to me having to stop playing but I'm 100% changing that since i have more time on my hands to get on my pc and play! My playtime is currently 4w, 6d, 6h, 2m, and 15 seconds. The usual times that I'm free on is any day after 12 pm which is when i get out of classes so from there i should be good to hop on for the day!
Being able to be apart of this factions would 100% help change the way I've been roleplaying and i love engaging with other people so this would definitely help improve whatever roleplaying skills i need to work, if i don't have anything to do i usually go around engaging in conversations with different people or playing any type of sport. In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The caretaker position has the responsibility of looking over the students of the school, highschool AND college students. Caretakers do a lot of cleaning up when it comes to the school, especially when it comes to cleaning, sweeping, and mopping up the floor and the classrooms to make sure they’re clean for the students and not just them, but for the other faculty as well. As well they make sure to look over the CCTV cameras of the school to make sure the students aren’t trying to fight on school grounds or anything else, and if they are they hurry over if they get a reports of or see any fighting on the camera and break up any so the students don’t get hurt more. Also, they take care of the school buses by driving them around to the bus stops and picking up students to take them to the school.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
The first time i started roleplaying was actually back in 2019, I was looking around google and actually found this exact server in the minecraft roleplay server lists. When i joined i didn't really know much about the server but as i progressed i understood more and kept getting better at roleplay, around 2020 i actually had to stop playing the server on my old account due to my mac having a problem with its hard drive making me end up losing all my progress and my account. This made me go into a break for a while but around the end of 2023 i got my pc and the first thing i did was come back to this server and go back to roleplaying, i had got into Crime RP for my first time with a gang called Woodson Syndicate. As time went on i got better at my detail RP as well as learning all the new rules they had for the server and then that's when i tried applying for my first faction being shop worker. I've been in this server for a good amount of time now which has helped me a lot with learning new things about the server and improving my roleplay skills!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
It’s been one of the factions I’ve been wanting to get into for a long time and I finally have the opportunity to apply for one of the factions I’ve been wanting to apply for for a while. I also want to try to get involved with a different side of roleplay because I've doing GangRP and CrimeRP for so long that it's getting pretty repetitive, and i feel that trying out for faculty can be a new side of SRP that i can really enjoy. Being in CrimeRP for so long I've learned so much about RP with that being said I've wanted to branch out and learn a whole new avenue of roleplaying that I can learn on the server with that being the school faction, I wanna expand my roleplay and push further with getting into caretaker since CrimeRP has helped me with detail RP. I want to be able to bring that into a faction so I can learn more about different areas of SRP being school faculty, shop worker or any of the above.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would act straightforward and would react in a neutral manner and would tell them to stop with the rude words and walk off before they get themselves in more trouble, but if they were to continue being rude and calling my character names and such, I would give them a detention slip and tell them to see them after class.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would immediately intervene and get in-between the two students altercating and would spread them apart, I would have my character call over another faculty member if possible but if I cannot, I would ask the students one-at-a-time to see which student first started the altercation and see what started it as well, once it gets broken up i would talk with the students and hand them both students a detention slip and tell them to not fight again or SLT will get involved.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would have my character be straight forward with that school employee and tell them that they’re not doing the right thing and if they were to continue doing that said dangerous thing on the job, I would tell them I’m going to report them to Head-Department or to the Vice-Principal or Principal.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character would be pretty straightforward and very talkative with the other employees in the room, she loves starting conversations and learning about new people and what they do, conversing with other school employees that would be in the break room if they are, relaxing and chilling in a chair minding her own business and if they could, sit by the window to open it up and smoke a cigarette or 2 to calm herself down.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would slowly open up the door to the CCTV room of the school, she would glance around the room, overhearing all the students walking and running outside and around the hallways.. Other than that, she would walk over to the chair in front of the CCTV control center and would turn on the computer, she would get comfy and relax in the chair in front of all the monitors before taking in a deep sigh and leaning forward to focus on the cameras to look around, monitoring the students that would be in view of the cameras, clicking on the keys to cycle through the cameras to keep viewing the students.
/me would enter the janitorial room of the school, grabbing a giant sized sweeper and dustpan, she would then turn back around to exit the janitorial room to the bring the head of the sweeper against the floor of the school, she would then push herself and her arms to move the sweeper forward, pushing up and over all of the junk and debris on the ground, going from one end of the school to the other and back and forth, bringing all of the junk to a good center before bringing out a trashcan. She would then bring back over a smaller sweeper and dustpan, she would push a small segment of debris with the sweeper into the dustpan and pour the debris into the trash, repeatedly doing that until all of the debris on the school floor was gone, she would then bring all the janitorial items back to the room, bring herself over to a sink to wash her hands, dry them off and leave said room all clean.
/me would come back out of the janitorial room with a wide-headed mop and a regular-sized bucket of water, she would place the mophead down onto the floor, she would repeat the same regiment she did with sweeping, but instead this time, she would move forward with the mop, but would slowly go side to side with said mophead to get more range with the wet mophead to make her cleaning more efficient, doing this technique until she got to one end of the school and then around the pillars of the school and then directly back down to the other side of the school once more, making to get every nook and cranny hit with the mop and bucket, she would make sure her footsteps didn’t get onto the wet floor after she mopped the floor so it didn’t leave a dirty footprint for an extended amount of time. Once she was done with mopping the floor, she would walk ONCE MORE into the janitorial room and pour out the dirty water from the bucket and refill it with clean water, and put away the mop before walking directly out of the room.

Backstory
Lucia was born in a small household within the deep parts of Pinar del Rio, dealing with the tough roads and horrible conditions that befall within the country and island itself, especially the roads themselves are heavily rough and terribly maintenance. Lucia grew up with a very rough parenthood due to her father, and with her mother being from Japan, she didn’t fully understand just how rough her father could be while raising their children, as Lucia was not an only child, she had 2 other siblings with her throughout her life. She had 2 younger brothers that she had to take care of for the most part due to her mother and father always having altercations and troubles within the family household.
This wouldn’t stop Lucia from doing her best with how her mother raised her to be like, take care of her brothers and be the best that she can be for them with what they have. Lucia herself was starting to do the best she can with taking care of them at the very young age of 10 years old which is very rare to have happen, but she had to do what she could with the footing they had in society due to not just her family’s standing, but also the standing they had themselves with the country of Cuba itself, with it not being the best country to want to live in for a long amount of time. Growing up in Cuba was a struggle for Lucia since not a lot of people can get education there as well as all the hospitals not having enough supplies to help the sick or the ones in need.
By the age of 12 the situation with her and her family had gotten worse due to her father getting in a group of bad individuals, she had still been going to school and worrying about her younger brothers due to the fact that her mother wasn't the best with all 3 of them. After she'd get back home she would always hangout with her brothers and make them food looking after them the best she could while all of this was happening, everything that was going through her mind was that she wanted to get her out of there and give them a better life that they would want as well as the life she wanted.
Things weren’t looking all to be for her family, as the siblings and Lucia herself would be transferred to a new family household due to such severe original conditions. This ended up being very beneficial for Lucia as she could actually be able to take care of her brothers, being able to cook food for them finally. With the better family living situation that they given in life, she felt like she could really have a better time at maintaining her own life while also being able to take care of her brothers without the unfortunate mistreating of their original parents, even though she tried to ignore this treatment that her parents were giving them she couldn't get past the fact that she wanted nothing but better for her brothers. As she tried to fight her way through this treatment it just made it worse and worse as time went on.
Lucia would grow to the age of 18 and decide, it was best for her to finally want to spread her wings continue with herself on flying away from Cuba and flying all the way to Karakura Town in Japan where she could fully get going with her education within the town itself and getting full-fledged schooling, but this didn’t just help Lucia herself, it helped her with her dreams of wanting to help others, raising her brothers didn’t just make her to raise them, she wanted to help take of others, those around her in any way she could, the best way she could, caring for them.
By the age of 20, Lucia's brother had flown out to Karakura along with her being there since her parents weren't in the picture a year after she left. Her father had gone to prison along with her mother, her 2 brothers had been staying with their uncle and aunt but weren't able to stay long after due to her aunt having health conditions that they couldn't care for them anymore, Lucia taking care of her 2 brothers along with her going to school made it pretty difficult for her to focus but she still tried her best to give her brothers the lives she wanted to give them since she did not have that as she was growing up. She got a job as a shop worker so she can support herself and her brothers while still going to college. Which it was difficult but she didn't give up knowing it was the best thing she could do for them.
At around 22 years old, Lucia's brothers had moved in with her new parents that adopted her while she was still living by herself and going to college, this made her focus a lot more in college and with trying to get a good job for her to maintain. While being in college Lucia was meeting new faces and got closer with people helping her get past school and not stressing about her job or passing. She would take it upon herself to get a 2nd job as the first job just wasn't enough to keep afloat with paying for her expenses and helping with taking care of her brothers while she dealt with college, as time went by she would apply and be hired as a cashier, this job would help be able to make more expenses and really get some money for her to give to her brothers not just for herself.
While living with her new parents and her brothers as well living with her once more, not everything for them was going their way entirely as their uncle would soon start posing as a problem to them mentally and physically. As they were around their uncle, he would treat them quite harshly with verbal insults and would even try sabotage with Lucia while she was making sure to take care of her brothers, trying to get her fired from her jobs by making her late on purpose so she would get paid less by her jobs. Even though her uncle tried to sabotage her, it didn't go the way he wanted it to go as she cut off all contact with that side of her family making it less of stress onto her and her brothers.
After a year of dealing with their uncle, she would still be dealing with his rude ways of being as she was trying to keep her jobs stable and take care of her brothers in the new household, she would try to fulfill a need of love in her life with trying to find a boyfriend that would be there for as she was there for her family. She would come across a seemingly nice man that walked into her life, however, after a couple of months with the man, things would start showing their colors with him. He would start being less nice and actually secretly took money from her while she wasn't looking after every time she got off work and got home, giving her an even harder time with her life as she tried to look out for herself and her brothers.
Around the time she was reaching the age of 23, she was about just having it with dealing with her uncle in her life, constantly uprooting her life when she needs it the least even though she never deserved. After an incident with uncle she finally decided to have it and called the police on him, once the police arrived they saw what was happening and the amount of damage he was causing in the household and removed him the premises and they were able to put him behind bars due to the amount of damage he was. But this wouldn't be the end of Lucia's problems as she still had to deal with her not-so good boyfriend while she was struggling with her education in college.
About 2 months after dealing with the incident that was her problematic issue with her Uncle, she would be finally having a better time at handling her studies and dealing with her 2 jobs that she was able to finally keep due to clearing up all the problems that she was having with the whole incident to her co-workers and her bosses and they understood where she was coming from and what she was dealing. However, her boyfriend would still a factor in her life and would rigorously bother and somehow continue to take money from her savings behind her back, money that she was going to give to her brothers to help with their funding to make their lives easier. She just couldn't turn a blind eye to him anymore and decided to cut ties with him before things just continued to get worse for her and her brothers due to this. She didn't want to see his face again and reported him as to the police and asked him to give back al the money he was stealing from her over the last year or so. Fortunately, the boyfriend, reluctantly, gave back just about nearly all the money that he stole from her over the amount of time, once she got back this money she immediately used to help get things for her brothers to help better them.
By the time she was 24 Lucia actually graduated college with a major in Physiology and 2 minors in Psychology and Sociology, getting out of college made her think of getting into being a caretaker for the school which was one of her options. She was going to get into being a teacher but decided against it as she didn't feel she was ready to handle such a job even for someone like her who is used to constantly taken care of people through her life, although she would put a pin in the idea as to not fully give up on going for it as she went on with her college education. College had dried her out so much that she thought that applying for any type of job would just put more and more stress onto her body and mind.
After a long time of finishing with college and getting her Masters degree, at the age of 25 she would feel accomplished with her education being complete and felt fulfilled with her school dream but something in her felt like it was off, something felt like it was wrong to quit with the rest of her dream and would remember how she loved to take care of others and be there to help them when they needed someone, so she decided to get onto her phone and start searching through the internet while looking for jobs, doing some research in some job fields that really tried to appeal to her, what she really wanted in life.
Suddenly while sifting through the Karakura job market, she would come across a job application for Teacher and Caretaker spot for Karakura High School. Upon reading it, she took a little time to see what would be more in her interest after a while of thinking something immediately caught her eye and would really pique her interest and gave her that feeling of wanting to take care of those around her all the time, especially as a full-time job that she would actually enjoy that wasn't just barely making it by while not really enjoying her life to the fullest. She also didn’t really mind having to be in a school for extended periods of time so this job really called to her, she would then apply herself for the job as soon as she could, having after applied for the job it really felt like this could really be a fulfilling moment in her life, a shining light that guided her to the dream she really wanted to have, the thought of being there for everyone that she could while making sure everyone feels safe around her, just like how she made her brothers feel when they were being taken cared of by her when she was younger.

“When I was growing up, my life wasn’t the easiest.. That became very apparent to me at a very young age.. But, I found out that I could fulfill my life by being there for my brothers and being the best caretaker in a way for them, and something about this job really sang to me and really brought back that spark of interest heavily to me.. Like it was calling to me, and it really brought me back to those days of being there for my brothers.. So I’d say this job feels very special to me in a way, I really love taking care of others and helping them in any way I can, especially those who feel like they can’t themselves and show them that they can and I thought this job would be perfect for me.”

“Well, I think I should be accepted because this job really is calling to me and I would love to be there for all the students of Karakura High in all the ways I can, making sure they behave, are keeping up with their education and getting the help they really need.. I also do better with jobs like these because I think of myself as a heavy-worker and I just think this job is perfect for me.”

By the age of 12 the situation with her and her family had gotten worse due to her father getting in a group of bad individuals, she had still been going to school and worrying about her younger brothers due to the fact that her mother wasn't the best with all 3 of them. After she'd get back home she would always hangout with her brothers and make them food looking after them the best she could while all of this was happening, everything that was going through her mind was that she wanted to get her out of there and give them a better life that they would want as well as the life she wanted.
Things weren’t looking all to be for her family, as the siblings and Lucia herself would be transferred to a new family household due to such severe original conditions. This ended up being very beneficial for Lucia as she could actually be able to take care of her brothers, being able to cook food for them finally. With the better family living situation that they given in life, she felt like she could really have a better time at maintaining her own life while also being able to take care of her brothers without the unfortunate mistreating of their original parents, even though she tried to ignore this treatment that her parents were giving them she couldn't get past the fact that she wanted nothing but better for her brothers. As she tried to fight her way through this treatment it just made it worse and worse as time went on.
Lucia would grow to the age of 18 and decide, it was best for her to finally want to spread her wings continue with herself on flying away from Cuba and flying all the way to Karakura Town in Japan where she could fully get going with her education within the town itself and getting full-fledged schooling, but this didn’t just help Lucia herself, it helped her with her dreams of wanting to help others, raising her brothers didn’t just make her to raise them, she wanted to help take of others, those around her in any way she could, the best way she could, caring for them.
By the age of 20, Lucia's brother had flown out to Karakura along with her being there since her parents weren't in the picture a year after she left. Her father had gone to prison along with her mother, her 2 brothers had been staying with their uncle and aunt but weren't able to stay long after due to her aunt having health conditions that they couldn't care for them anymore, Lucia taking care of her 2 brothers along with her going to school made it pretty difficult for her to focus but she still tried her best to give her brothers the lives she wanted to give them since she did not have that as she was growing up. She got a job as a shop worker so she can support herself and her brothers while still going to college. Which it was difficult but she didn't give up knowing it was the best thing she could do for them.
At around 22 years old, Lucia's brothers had moved in with her new parents that adopted her while she was still living by herself and going to college, this made her focus a lot more in college and with trying to get a good job for her to maintain. While being in college Lucia was meeting new faces and got closer with people helping her get past school and not stressing about her job or passing. She would take it upon herself to get a 2nd job as the first job just wasn't enough to keep afloat with paying for her expenses and helping with taking care of her brothers while she dealt with college, as time went by she would apply and be hired as a cashier, this job would help be able to make more expenses and really get some money for her to give to her brothers not just for herself.
While living with her new parents and her brothers as well living with her once more, not everything for them was going their way entirely as their uncle would soon start posing as a problem to them mentally and physically. As they were around their uncle, he would treat them quite harshly with verbal insults and would even try sabotage with Lucia while she was making sure to take care of her brothers, trying to get her fired from her jobs by making her late on purpose so she would get paid less by her jobs. Even though her uncle tried to sabotage her, it didn't go the way he wanted it to go as she cut off all contact with that side of her family making it less of stress onto her and her brothers.
After a year of dealing with their uncle, she would still be dealing with his rude ways of being as she was trying to keep her jobs stable and take care of her brothers in the new household, she would try to fulfill a need of love in her life with trying to find a boyfriend that would be there for as she was there for her family. She would come across a seemingly nice man that walked into her life, however, after a couple of months with the man, things would start showing their colors with him. He would start being less nice and actually secretly took money from her while she wasn't looking after every time she got off work and got home, giving her an even harder time with her life as she tried to look out for herself and her brothers.
Around the time she was reaching the age of 23, she was about just having it with dealing with her uncle in her life, constantly uprooting her life when she needs it the least even though she never deserved. After an incident with uncle she finally decided to have it and called the police on him, once the police arrived they saw what was happening and the amount of damage he was causing in the household and removed him the premises and they were able to put him behind bars due to the amount of damage he was. But this wouldn't be the end of Lucia's problems as she still had to deal with her not-so good boyfriend while she was struggling with her education in college.
About 2 months after dealing with the incident that was her problematic issue with her Uncle, she would be finally having a better time at handling her studies and dealing with her 2 jobs that she was able to finally keep due to clearing up all the problems that she was having with the whole incident to her co-workers and her bosses and they understood where she was coming from and what she was dealing. However, her boyfriend would still a factor in her life and would rigorously bother and somehow continue to take money from her savings behind her back, money that she was going to give to her brothers to help with their funding to make their lives easier. She just couldn't turn a blind eye to him anymore and decided to cut ties with him before things just continued to get worse for her and her brothers due to this. She didn't want to see his face again and reported him as to the police and asked him to give back al the money he was stealing from her over the last year or so. Fortunately, the boyfriend, reluctantly, gave back just about nearly all the money that he stole from her over the amount of time, once she got back this money she immediately used to help get things for her brothers to help better them.
By the time she was 24 Lucia actually graduated college with a major in Physiology and 2 minors in Psychology and Sociology, getting out of college made her think of getting into being a caretaker for the school which was one of her options. She was going to get into being a teacher but decided against it as she didn't feel she was ready to handle such a job even for someone like her who is used to constantly taken care of people through her life, although she would put a pin in the idea as to not fully give up on going for it as she went on with her college education. College had dried her out so much that she thought that applying for any type of job would just put more and more stress onto her body and mind.
After a long time of finishing with college and getting her Masters degree, at the age of 25 she would feel accomplished with her education being complete and felt fulfilled with her school dream but something in her felt like it was off, something felt like it was wrong to quit with the rest of her dream and would remember how she loved to take care of others and be there to help them when they needed someone, so she decided to get onto her phone and start searching through the internet while looking for jobs, doing some research in some job fields that really tried to appeal to her, what she really wanted in life.
Suddenly while sifting through the Karakura job market, she would come across a job application for Teacher and Caretaker spot for Karakura High School. Upon reading it, she took a little time to see what would be more in her interest after a while of thinking something immediately caught her eye and would really pique her interest and gave her that feeling of wanting to take care of those around her all the time, especially as a full-time job that she would actually enjoy that wasn't just barely making it by while not really enjoying her life to the fullest. She also didn’t really mind having to be in a school for extended periods of time so this job really called to her, she would then apply herself for the job as soon as she could, having after applied for the job it really felt like this could really be a fulfilling moment in her life, a shining light that guided her to the dream she really wanted to have, the thought of being there for everyone that she could while making sure everyone feels safe around her, just like how she made her brothers feel when they were being taken cared of by her when she was younger.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
“When I was growing up, my life wasn’t the easiest.. That became very apparent to me at a very young age.. But, I found out that I could fulfill my life by being there for my brothers and being the best caretaker in a way for them, and something about this job really sang to me and really brought back that spark of interest heavily to me.. Like it was calling to me, and it really brought me back to those days of being there for my brothers.. So I’d say this job feels very special to me in a way, I really love taking care of others and helping them in any way I can, especially those who feel like they can’t themselves and show them that they can and I thought this job would be perfect for me.”
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
“Well, I think I should be accepted because this job really is calling to me and I would love to be there for all the students of Karakura High in all the ways I can, making sure they behave, are keeping up with their education and getting the help they really need.. I also do better with jobs like these because I think of myself as a heavy-worker and I just think this job is perfect for me.”

This job feels absolutely perfect for Lucia because she feels like it’s her dream kind of job to take care of students and just help others in general by taking care of them, as well as helping with her past due to her family.
