ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There's a glitch going on where items disappear randomly when you drop them, and sometimes even storing them on chests. I reported the glitch on /help and here's it in action, the items that my friend dropped me with their inventory closed and pressing "Q" were dropped normally, however, every item, except for the old house blocks that they dropped with their inventory open, simply vanished. On my screen, they weren't even dropped at all, if you look closely enough, you can notice how when they drop the Fire Glasses, no model is dropped from them, it vanishes from their inventory and doesn't generate as an actual item.
