A7XM's Missing Items September-October

I have lost MULTIPLE sets of Items starting out on September 4th I lost 60 Cat Food "Kitty Nibbles" I had used my offhand and done /am and lost them to the void
Another time September 26th, I had placed a Television Item in the School and lost it in the School Wall
Another time on September 30th, I had lost a Full 850ml 10% Alcohol of Krug Champagne when the Krug bugged into the item since the server had broken Stacking
Another time on October 2nd, I was using /am with a Witches Broomstick Prop and it had turned into a Bow which I was told to trash so nothing could be used.
Now for the final thing.. on October 10th i've lost A BUNCH OF ALCOHOL due to the stacking bug

BEFORE

AFTER I only have 1 of each now which as Lost me MANY bottles
I just lost my Necklace "RiffRider" on October 11th on my 47OM account I don't have a screenshot since it was during a KPD altercation where I used /am and it (I DID REBUY THIS at the Shop but I still want my Original Copy back)
had disappeared from my offhand, I also just my Plushie "Miu Miu" on my 47OM account, I had looked down to try to place it on my head and it just disappeared into the sidewalk
