I do have previous bans unfortunately but since then I have matured into realizing the actions that I did previously were not okay and will never be okay. I since then appealed the bans and have gotten them accepted. I hope to use this as a chance to be able to show how much I have matured and how I am willing to go about things in a more professional way.
Describe your activity on the server?:
I am on discord, and SRP daily. I am very active within the community and I try to do my best to create a good image of myself. I am very active in OOC and in roleplays in school roleplay. I like to engage myself in some of the quality RP’s that are had on the server. I am on for at least 5=6 hours a day providing I do not have IRL work as well as my IRL schedule.
Which timezone are you in?:
I am in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) during the US School year. However, during the summer, I am in the Central European Summer Time (CEST) due to the fact that I go to the Netherlands every year to visit with family and friends.

What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I do have experience with Detail RP and I use it frequently. I use detail RP to further describe information that may not be shown in a regular RP action. I am very good at Detail RP and I think this will benefit me as part of becoming a surgeon. I use detail RP daily and is my most common RP type action-wise.
What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our current team?:
I feel that I am a very trustworthy hard worker as well as my ability to remain calm under stressful situations. I am able to easily adjust to workplaces and spaces where some of my co-workers might be, I usually listen to instructions the first time given as long as I have heard the directions. I am a very hard worker, and I am willing to put time and dedication into the role of a surgeon in Karakura. I am willing to give my best effort in being part of the hospital staff and willing to better myself if needed. I would love this opportunity because I love the idea of being a surgeon and the subject pertaining to it in-game and in real life. I think that I would also make a good surgeon with my level of respect for people. I respect people in authority and those who are not. I treat other people the way I would like to be treated. I am willing to give my best effort in this job and willing to better myself if needed. This is going to be a learning curve for me and that's okay. I am up to the challenge and hope to be able to become a professional surgeon in the near future. I believe that this job takes a lot of dedication and a will to learn. I'd like to be able to assist people in-game and be able to give them the support they need based on my existing knowledge of things such as the tools surgeons use. One of my main reasons for joining is that I have found the aspects to be entertaining and I love to be pushed to my limits and be able to learn how to adapt If I am accepted into the surgeon team. I plan on doing and learning a wide variety of tasks that will gradually increase after I am a surgeon for a longer time

A surgeon provides a variety of tasks for the people that are in need of them. Surgeons are trained for many years to learn how to fix things as little as broken bones, or things that are big as immediate surgeries that can be life-saving. Surgeons are well equipped with a variety of medical tools to assist them in surgeries, or things like how to operate an X-ray machine. The tasks that surgeons carry out every day can be the difference between life and death, and healthy and sick.
Categorize all the functions of the EMS and tell us what each of them does:
Hospital Director:
The hospital director is the one who manages the employees and how the hospital is run. They monitor things such as payments, how much effort is put in by employees, and how big of a work ethic they have. They are in charge of the whole hospital and all of its divisions within the said hospital including but not limited to, Clinical Managers, Clinical Leads, Psychiatrists, Surgeons, and Doctors. They make sure the hospital is moving how they envisioned it when they took the role of the hospital director.
Clinical Manager:
A clinical manager watches over all of their clinical leads to ensure that they are treating people in their department fairly, and equally and making sure that they are reporting the correct information back to the clinical manager. They are in charge of making sure they are being held accountable and are following the rules just as any person in the hospital.
Clinical Lead:
A clinical lead is someone who oversees a certain department, every department (Psychiatrist, Surgeon, Doctor) has a clinical lead. So, that being said the job of a clinical lead is to ensure that their department is working effectively and making sure the patients that are seeing said person, such as a doctor, surgeon, or psychiatrist is getting the right and prompt care that they need. The leads insure that the individuals in their department are meeting the expectations, such as quotas on time. They also handle the training for the department that they are overseeing.
Psychiatrists:
Psychiatrists are behavioral specialists who go to school to learn about the brain. They study various amounts of Mental Disorders. UNLIKE the******s (unqualified) and or counselors, they are ALLOWED to prescribe medication for things such as eating disorders, depression, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar disorder, OCD, and PTSD. among many-many other things. They help find the cause of the mental illness and specialize in the prevention and treatment of said illnesses.
Surgeon:
Surgeons are people who you go to when something is wrong internally with your body, with the exceptions of very deep cuts ETC. A surgeon goes and studies a lot about human anatomy. You are usually referred to a surgeon by a doctor. Surgeons must have exceptional dexterity and good hand-to-eye coordination. They carry out things such as repairing or sometimes removing damaged organs/tissue, or things such as repairing broken bones that could not be resolved on their own. Most all surgeons are trained to operate with specialized equipment to allow them to carry out their daily tasks.
Doctor:
A doctor is someone who goes to school to study medical issues and prescribe medicine for them. They treat medical issues such as strep throat and other infections. A doctor is someone who can diagnose a patient's medical problems and write prescriptions. A doctor plans patient care and prepares patients for treatment.

I do, and I will do my best to remain professional to ensure that this will and does not happen.

I do, and I realise that I will have to put time and dedication into doing the best job as part of the hospital staff that I can.

Given that I am not at work, and I am able to attend the training I know that I am required to join training with regards that if I don’t I am subject to being punished.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character; how do they look, what makes them unique?
Koenraad Olsen is not originally from Japan, which in turn makes them unique/ They speak multiple languages and are able to communicate very well. He has very clean-cut hair and is always conscious about his hygiene. He is exceptionally well at communication as well as maintaining a positive and professional attitude, he has hazel eyes which are very unique given only a small percent of the population has them. He has a gleaming personality that gives anyone that works with him nothing to say but good about him. He is extremely tall standing at 6’5 and has very good dexterity and exceptional motor skills.
What are they like on and off the job?
On the job, Koenraad is a very mature, professional, and kind-hearted person. Koenraad wants nothing but good for the people he has the pleasure to operate and assist. He is extremely thankful for the people who trust him enough to allow him to operate on them. He is exceptionally good with almost everything he does, and for the things, he is not good at, he puts his best effort in and realizes sometimes it is not going to work out his way and that no one is perfect. Off the job Koenraad still remains professional and is a joy to be around by his friends and family. He is a very intelligent person that is very generous in helping his family and friends with things such as food, water, money, and a place to stay if needed.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
Koenraad wishes nothing but the best for his co-workers, as they are the ones who assist him in work when he has questions as well as people who make the hospital his second home. He is very thankful for everyone that he works with and acknowledges they all have an extremely well work ethic and that which he enjoys spending time with
Koenraads plan for the future is to grow stronger with said co-workers and to expand his saving touch to any person that needs it in Karakura.

BACKSTORY

Koenraad grew up in Alkmaar in the Netherlands which is only around 45 minutes from the capital, but only about 30 with his dad's driving. He spent most of his adolescent youth enjoying things such as playing in the sand at the beach very close to his house. His dad and mom did not get along which led to constant screaming, throwing of things, and other things. The school was an escape for Koenraad, a break from said screaming. He’d go and learn and try his best on his assignments which constantly gave him good grades. Eventually, the kids caught onto his smart abilities and would pay him for their science homework to be done.
Eventually, on completion of HAVO (Dutch Equivalent to high school), he realized that his mental stability was rapidly declining as the fighting continued with his parents. he decided it was time to move. But where he asked himself. He studied day in day-night until he found a place that piqued his interest. Karakura Japan. It was relatively close to Tokyo. He contacted exchange programs in Karakura to see if anyone would accept him to allow him a study VISA to Japan, and an organization known as Karakura Highschool which has a college integrated it contacted him back, and they gave him the go-ahead to get a work visa. He left the Netherlands soon after. He enrolled in college where he learned various skills and he had finally made his mind up that he wanted to become a surgeon.
Eventually a few years into his study he got a call from his mom informing him that his father had passed. This took an extremely hard toll on Koenraad. He got a job at a convenience store shortly after to try to distract himself from the raging war that was now in his head.
After the completion of college, he decided to try to enroll in the new
