What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
My motivation for becoming a Professor is to experience a whole new type of SchoolRP. I’ve done plenty of High-School and College Student RP. So it would be exciting and interesting to play as the teacher, in this case, Professor, instead of the student. Also want to add another sub-subject option for college students to choose from. As I feel that there isn’t as much variety in class subjects in College at the moment. Would make my class interesting but exciting at the same time. Making sure I don't bore the players, making the class as interactive as possible. But making sure I still get the lesson plan for the day done and through the players' heads quite clearly. Exposing their eyes to cultures they have never heard of before or have very little knowledge about. I am very passionate about exploring new and strange cultures and reading deep into literature as well, with myself enjoying English as a subject and class a lot.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have plenty of experience in Roleplaying, especially on this server, I joined 2016. While here on SRP for 4 years, I have gotten a great understanding of the roleplay roles, terms, and features. I’ve done more than enough of Roleplaying as a Highschool student. And done some as a College student. I’ve seen and studied how both Teachers and Professors go through with their role plays both on-campus/during class and outside of it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are the way you keep track and log in your lessons. With this, you can accurately log in the number of classes you have done. Making sure you get paid the correct amount at the end of the month. A simple and easy system that is very helpful in making sure everything goes smoothly and is a way to keep an eye on your activity as a College Professor or Teacher.

- Eating and Drinking, exclusion being water, is not allowed in class.
- To not have any illegal items on campus.

A College-Professor is an adult that teaches higher education to students. They are more detailed, knowledgeable, and focused on their lectures and class subject. They should be able to create lesson plans that are interactive, clear, and that makes the students want to come to class. Should be active and host multiple classes, not going inactive or else face the chance of being demoted. Should act as a role model to his/her students.
A college professor's salary is 300k yen for 15 classes taught in a month. With an additional 50k yen for any additional classes taught in the same month period.

James is a white-skinned Hispanic male, height being around 5’8”. Has slightly long soft black hair, eye color would be a brownish pinkish color. When he speaks he would have a slight lisp that would often be confused for an accent. But his voice would be calm, sometimes coming off as being “cold”. Ever since he has moved to the city of Karakura, he has met many types of people but has made a good amount of good friends. He also met his loving wife, who is early into her pregnancy. Even though he is nervous about being a dad, he feels excited about it. Can't wait to live life as a dad with their kid in Karakura. His outfit style and his interests/likings would stand out as unique or ‘strange’ to people.
His view on Students is that they are full of future greatness. And hopes to help his students go on a successful path. To do something they like and great after college. If he sees that one or more of his students is in the life of crime and violence. He would do his best to help pull them out of that life. Since that type of life wouldn't lead to anything good. If a student, or students, would start disrespecting or insulting him during class, he would try at first to be calm & respectful towards the students. Giving them one warning, and if they continue telling them to exit the class. But his personality overall is mainly respectful towards others. Trying his best to be there for friends and family. Helping whoever, whenever he can. He is a kind, sweet even, man, who finds hanging out with friends one of the best things.
His plans for the future are to live a great life with his wife and future kid. Would want a great experience while a Professor, helping his students develop into mature and responsible adults. He plans to make memories that he will never forget for the rest of his life. Wants to be a type of role model to students of what they can be if they try their best to achieve their goals.

You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
I would walk up to the group of students, and question what's with all the yelling and about. If they do not seem to care about me talking to them, I would raise up my voice to get their attention. Warning them if they continue they could get in trouble, possibly kicked from College for acting immature. If the situation escalates, I would call higher-ups to help deal with the students.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
I would try my best to keep myself calm and ask the student(s), to start respecting the class rules. If they do not heed my warning towards them. Then I would kindly ask them to leave the class. If they still refuse, I would call a fellow Professor, or School Staff to come to help escort the student(s) out of the classroom.

/me would stand next to the classroom door, glancing around for incoming students, tapping his right foot on the floor.
/me would grab a picture on his desk, showing it off to the class. Pointing out a specific detail of it.
/me would walk up to the student(s) who are disrupting the lesson, stopping at their table. Slamming his hand onto the desk.
/me would grab a piece of white chalk from the top draw at his desk, walking to the chalkboard. Writing down the keywords, and definitions of them.

Backstory
James 'Jason' Spacey Shimasu was born in a mostly Hispanic neighborhood in California. His family always pushed James to do the best in school from a young age. Making sure that he'll go to college when he's older. After High-School, James moved to Japan and the City of Karakura. Where he went to get a better education. At first, didn't think of himself as a future Professor but after a while of thinking and assisting the professors. He started to get the thought that maybe he could become one. He enjoyed English so started to think about what classes to switch to. And decided to get his bachelor in ****yzing Literature.
While growing up, his family didn't move much. He was around the same place for most of his early life. By the time he was in Middle school, he had memorized the whole place. He had thought that he would always live in the same location. But while in High school he started to realize it probably wasn’t what we would want for his future life. Since the location was full of violence and higher up education options weren’t as good as he would have liked. Had always had respect towards Teachers and school employees in general. Even would help out teachers with class sometimes. He felt bad about leaving his parents and friends but knew it was for a better future not only for him but for his future wife and children.
He felt off about Karakura at the beginning but quickly started to be happy in the city. It was what he wanted and needed. The city introduced him to all types of people. Making his most cherished memories there. And would start thinking of becoming a professor. So when he started to attend college, he majored and minored in subjects that would prepare him to become the professor he wanted to be in the future. He graduated with a Bachelors's in ****yzing Literature. Majoring in Literary Studies, with his minoring being in Education and Linguistics. He was beyond excited to become a Professor but had a sense of nervousness. But was willing to take on any challenge that would come with being a College Professor.
