Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I am regularly active on the server and currently work at Chex and Cafe Tribianni as a waiter. The forums I go on if I get an alert or need to check up on it.

What is the Student Council?: The student council is a group of students that express student ideas with the teachers and principal to make the school a better place overall. The student council runs events and collects donations for the school as well.
What happens in the School Council?: In the school council they are in charge of setting good examples to lower and upper grade students and the school council also applies items to make events be planned and worked out.
Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?: In a group because I feel that I would preform better when people are all helping and working together towards a common goal. Also I can be a helping hand around the council if i'm working solo.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes I have played on the server for a little over a year and have role played a bunch of times on discord, amino, etc.
Roleplay Scenario
You are on the Student Council and the chairman submits an awful idea. What do you do?: I would speak up about the idea and explain why I disagree. I would also try to sway people towards my idea to agree. If I cant get anyone to agree then I would disregard the idea.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?: I attempt to persuade them into trying to agree with me. If I can't persuade them then I would figure out a reasonable solution to fit both agreements.
There is a split decision on an idea. The Councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?: I attempt to help resolve the argument by staying calm and not siding with either side of the argument. I would then calmly but loudly attempt to get their attention and discuss ways we could solve the discussion without an argument.

Why do you want this position? : I want the secretary position so I can make the school and the student council an amazing and positive area, take my ideas for a better school and apply them into the council meetings, and to help the student council in any way possible to better the council and myself. I also want this position because I feel it could really give me a head start into business lifestyle and working with others towards goals is an important part of a business.
