I received a warning back in 2022 for misleading players in OOC. I had forgotten to put /jk at the end of my message.
Aside from that incident, my record is clear

Describe your activity on the server:
I'm a very active member of SRP. My total playtime is around 4wks. (I need to touch grass...)
I log on every day for quite a few hours. Regularly it's 6+ hours a day, going inactive isn't on my list.
On Sunday, and Wednesday I don't get as much time to play Minecraft period, I spend time with my family and myself. Sometimes it's good
to take a break! Sometimes life can get in the way and that's okay for me. In my eyes, it's perfectly fine to take breaks and not get absorbed
into SRP. Since I only have one account and no alts at the moment I'm extremely active and don't have to worry about multiple accounts
To conclude this I would say 40 - 50+ hours a week.

Are you aware that inactivity for more than 15 days without an inactivity log will result in removal from the council?:
I fully acknowledge and understand the consequences of going inactive.

ꕥ TRIVIA QUESTIONS ꕥ

What is the student council and what do they do?:

The way I would describe the council is student-faculty. They help run many events, they are mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with trouble or people. They represent unity in a way, that influences teamwork among students and encourages them to go on the correct path. On the topic of school events, they have the ability to run and organize them. Running fundraisers, helping larger events, and many more behind the scenes. They speak for the students in some cases, looking to improve, and better the school in any way.

What motivated you to apply for council?:

I was always interested in the student council. I have never been in a Highschool group/role and student council is a new experience for me. After going through training with a Chef for the School Swap Event, I really enjoyed the patrols, comforting students, serving, engaging with people, and even encountering some injuries I had to attend to on students. I didn't quite want to move to an adult but wanted to be part of the school system in a way. So I looked to the Councillor position, and decided why not try and apply!

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council?:

I am fully aware and look forward to using my ideas to assist the Council.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President

The Presidents are the leaders of the Council, anything and everything regarding the Council should get through to them, they are in charge of leading any
and all events led by the Council. There is one president for both the College and Highschool Councils. They are expected to be responsible for the Councillors and have a lot on their plate. Being President is no easy task, it requires activity within the school.

Vice-President
The Vice-President's the President's "side-kick", they are very important. They can be overlooked at times, with the President being the face of the Council.
This role is quite similar to the Deputy-Mayor position in the government faction. If the President isn't available for something, the Vice-President would usually fill in for the President. Without the Vice-President, the President won't feel as secure. It's always important to engage with others in a kind way, and the Vice-President is a great interpreter for the President

Council Members
Councillors are the entire body of the operation, without them there would be no Council. They patrol the halls and ensure peace as do the school faculty and Teachers/Professers. They support one another and often attend classes to assist Teachers/Professors.
They strive for a peaceful environment within the school. They are vital in other words, unity is everything in the Council.

Club Leaders and SLT.
Club Leaders are a huge assistance to the Council. They are usually asked to run booths for various events and bring the event to life, allowing purchasing options like food, plants, and who knows what! Without them it would be difficult to manage a booth on their own, teamwork is a large key to a successful event
SLT (School Leadership Team) SLT is the Leadership team... They run the school and are the face of most events.
They are the adult supervisors in student ran events. SLT runs the school and keeps it in order. Having them at an event is what gives it structure. They are the individuals responsible for bringing punishment on the deserving students, but they are not a source of badluck at all. If you speak with them they are kind! Doing their best to engage with the students. Their role requires them to be stern, it's what you should expect in an encounter with a SLT member.

ꕥ SCENARIOS ꕥ

You’re patrolling the school and you walk by two girls verbally harassing each other, but they didn't pay mind to you. What do you think is the correct way to go about this?

Adeline would first ask them if everything was alright and explain why they were acting the way they were.
Adeline would first attempt to find out both sides before she spoke, she tried to act understanding and compassionate. She wouldn't yet
warn them or hand out detention without knowing what was going on first. If they had refused to cooperate, depending on the situation, she would warn them,
if she had given up to 3 warnings and they did not listen she would give out detention. If things get too heated she would radio for assistance from an
adult or higher faculty member with more power to handle the situation.

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
Adeline would gently approach them, kindly asking them to remove their mask. If things go according to plan they would remove their mask.
if things don't go according to plan, and the student is giving her a difficult time she would have to ask a higher-up for assistance or
radio the situation, giving a warning to any staff around. With a member of the faculty or a Teacher/Professor, the situation should be fixed quickly

There seems to be a councillor abusing their powers! They’re being exceptionally mean to a student, causing the student to be defensive or scared. How would you step in?
Adeline would first stay back, trying to figure out what was going on, her goal to find out both sides of the story before she jumped in.
After finding out what happened she would step in, asking for a moment with the certain Councillor. She would ask why they were treating a student that way, how it was not appropriate, and to explain what was going on. If the Councillor refused to cooperate and share any information, Adeline would report the incident to the President, Vice-President, or SLT member. If they did cooperate she would remind them not to abuse their power as a Councillor, and that how they were acting was not a good influence on students

You seemed to miss a few pieces of information during a meeting, how would you go about getting that information?
Adeline would usually have a notebook and pen. But on the occasions she didn't she would either raise her hand and ask the speaker
to repeat their statement, or wait until the meeting was dismissed and later ask the speaker, President, or Vice-President for the specific piece of information.
If worse comes to worst and she isn't able to get any information, which is unlikely she would flow with it, and hope to later obtain the information in a later meeting.

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Adeline would first apologize, then ask them what she had done wrong, or what rule she had broken so she wouldn't make the same mistake again.
Adeline would approach this matter humbly, always open to feedback or guidance from a professional. She had been taught to be open-minded when it came to correction or advice. Adeline would know that arguing back or denying something she had done wouldn't get her any further than the current situation. And to respect her superiors.

Please provide a detailed event that a club or council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! :

Scavenger Hunt

There are two directions for this event, I was torn and decided to put them both here.
Option 1(Spartan vs Bobcat Hunt):
This event is a Council run event. (the Highschool council will manage Highschoolers, and the College council will manage the College students)
High schoolers will be assigned to the Highschool side of the school, and vice versa for the College students.
Each side will take part in fun games with each other, Volleyball, Basketball, and other sports. Along with some breakfast/lunch/dinner and some snacks. While the council is hiding signs in specific places getting ready for a school-wide competition that will occur. A scavenger hunt will commence on school grounds. Bobcats and Spartans will have to find all of the clues hidden around with signs by the council. Their goal is to find all of the clues to the puzzle. What is the puzzle? "Who stole the President's files" or something along the lines of that. The whole school with two teams (Spartan/Bobcat) will be on a long scavenger hunt, encouraging teamwork with one. The reward for beating the hunt is still undecided.
A few suggestions for the hunt:
The intercom would echo through the school, the panicked voice of the President's frantically searching for their important files containing documents "Good morning students- We have an issue. Me, and *insert president name* are missing some important student files. We've been searching everywhere with no luck! Spartans and Bobcats. This is your chance to prove who is the goat of this school. Which team can find the important documents?!"
[!]Can you find all the clues to the disappearance of the files? A few of them might be found near the Council chamber...[!]
At the council chamber:
Sign 1: A few pieces of paper were scattered on the floor outside the council room. A few animal prints trailed to the Gym.
Sign 2: The gym looked ransacked! Almost as if an animal was here, Maybe try checking the back courtyard...
Sign 3: As you looked around the tree you saw a raccoon nest! Along with various papers scattered around. The papers were unfortunately blank, almost as if something had been set up. Maybe you should try talking to the Council members

Council members will play along, saying they had no idea what was going on and such. And it turns out that the papers were in the hands of one Councillor who had framed a raccoon and stolen the files! For what, even I do not know (This is all a joke Icly and just a fun interaction with the students.)
Option 2 (Picture Scavenger Hunt):
A picture scavenger hunt on the school campus. In the beginning, inside the auditorium, the Councillors will have told the participants to split up into groups of 2-4. Rogue and party of fivers will not be permitted to participate to keep it orderly. If they break the rules and still go rogue or in parties greater than 4 they will not be given a prize after completing the hunt. The speaker (someone from the Council, President, Vice, or Councillor) will say the rules and how they will work. How it will work is he/she/they will say a list of things they have to find. When they find the location/item they must either screenshot it or copy down the coordinates. Reminding them if they leak the answers/locations, they are only assisting other teams in getting closer to the goal. The final statement is a warning not to leave school grounds, for everything on the list is able to be found on campus. Each team will line up to receive their book, along with a list inside the book with extra space to put coordinates, a space to put their group name which can be called anything, and the rules... The scavenger hunt is you guessed it, a picture scavenger hunt. This means The contestants in The scavenger hunt will run for about 30+ or so OOC minutes before ending and returning back to the auditorium. The Councillors will give the participants a few OOC minutes to gather back at the auditorium before they ask for the notebooks back. Everyone is dismissed in the auditorium while the Councillors mark the notebooks, there will be 1 or 2 booths that have opened after the hunt ended. They could be selling anything, preferably refreshments after the hunt. After the Council has finished marking the papers they will call out the name of the winning team. The team will be escorted up to the stage and rewards will be given out later over Discord. It is optional to have 2nd and 3rd place.

IN-CHARACTER PERSPECTIVE QUESTIONS

Character Name:

Adeline Sidorova

Character Gender:
Female

Character Age:
18

Character phone-number:
(+81) (030)-861-1521

A brief summary of how they act/ your character’s personality:
Advocate - INFJ
Detailed Personality
(yes I did take the time out of my day to take a personality test for her)

Adeline is a calm, half-introverted, and half-extroverted individual. She would have a joyful smile, and would treat you with respect, as she did everyone else. Adeline preferred the lonelier side of life, away from all the people who hurt others. Her heart often ached as she witnessed the act of violence portrayed by other students to one another. Adeline loved helping and caring for others, and a passion of hers was to become a Doctor when she grew up, this greatly affected her behavior towards others, making sure everyone was comfortable, and doing alright. She had always wished to make a difference in the world, even in a small way. She is always thinking of new ways to improve herself and help others along with the world. This shines through her actions toward people, she would act fair, and gentle. Bearing a burden of pain with her peers.

Character appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
Screenshot_from_2023-04-12_00-07-57.jpgScreenshot_from_2023-04-12_00-07-57.jpgScreenshot_from_2023-04-12_00-08-22.jpg

Adeline would usually be seen wearing her white shirt and ripped jeans. On rare occasions you could find her wearing an emerald green button-down plaid shirt with a green cardigan around it, jeans and brown boots were also with that outfit. She would generally stick to casual attire, aiming for comfort.
You would always see her with her favorite shades across her forehead. Adeline had long wavy brown hair that fell below her waist. Her deep blue eyes sparkled in the sunlight as you would look at her. She had small bangs that curled around her cheek.

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
If I'm being honest I believe my application will stand out, hoping to inspire others to apply for more factions and unleash their creativity behind their application. I hope to have a unique application for the reader. Every writer wants an understanding between the reader and writer. A connection, something that stands out. My ideas and different suggestions will indeed be different from the others, and I hope to bring a good impression to the table.

Why do you want this position?:
I have always been inspired by Councillors, they are a huge key in the school and help maintain peace as much as possible. I was always comforted by the kind, outgoing personalities of the Council, the responsibility and things they do are just amazing. I think it's safe to say most students would love to apply for the Councillor position if they have time! This role would help me reach out to students and engage with them, I love to help others and this role is a perfect match for a Highschool student like me. My motivation for applying is going on patrol with a Chef for training. We encountered many groups of misbehaved students, injured students, and mental students who just needed a simple pat on the back or a comforting word. Patrolling showed me the difficult job of a Faculty member, Teacher/Professor, Student Council member, and SLT. What they go through every day is such an overlooked job. This made me want to apply and help those students in need of it.

What interests you the most about student council?:
The cooperation with their fellow peers, and the ability to host and run events. Running and event is hard, but fun and exciting work. That is what peeked my interest the most. Another thing I loved was the teamwork behind the Council. They work together in unity. And it really gave me inspiration to act the same way they do. Kind, gentle, stern, and understanding. That is what makes a good Councillor. The ability to understand the students' perspective. While being gentle and kind, they are also stern and collected. No one is perfect, it's okay to make mistakes. That is what I had learned and loved most about the Student Council

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
I would absolutely love to contribute my ideas and suggestions for both events and improvements for the school and school staff. My goal is to my interactive, and be a good influence to and with all of the students. Being a good example is a good start, and discouraging bad behavior is another step. Showing students that people of authority can be good people.

Thank you for reading my Highschool Councillor Application.
Seriously, thank you for taking the time to read through it, I am so excited to have this opportunity to apply. Accepted or not.
