I appreciate that there are a lot of language suggestions going around, and I am simply just following the crowd here to ask to add yet another language to the SRP language list - Slovenian.
The language Slovenian is one spoken by roughly 2.5 million people worldwide, approximately 1.85 to 2 million of those individuals living in Slovenia, otherwise, it is spoken by 300,000 people globally (mainly the USA, Canada, Argentina and Australia) & another 100,000 speakers are located in Italy and there is a small minority (roughly 25,000) who speak it in Croatia.
Yes, it is very minimally spoken in Japan, and usually only spoken by language enthusiasts or tourists, but Karakura is very well known by now for being incredibly diverse, through character religions, ethnicities, races and more, so nothing is stopping it from being added to the server, especially knowing that other languages have been accepted prior to this suggestion.
"Well why don't you just use other similar languages, like Slovakian?",
Slovakian is actually furthest from being intelligible by Slovenian speakers, mainly due to it being a West Slavic language, compared to Slovenian being South Slavic.
Closer languages to Slovenian would be Serbian or Croatian, partially due to all three being part of the Republic of Yugoslavia (+ a few other countries), but also because they are both also South Slavic countries with Slovenia. Even with these factors in mind, Slovenian speakers cannot and will not understand either language as they do not have similar dialects whatsoever.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
I think I answered most of this in the question above, but I am more than happy to reiterate.
Karakura is an incredibly diverse fictional city, in a multitude of ways, and I believe that adding one more language will not harm the server or the playerbase. If anything, I have a strong belief that not having certain languages is actually a push factor for making more diverse characters, as that character is unable to speak their own language ICly, so many people do just stick to characters like French or Korean (besides the obvious Japanese, which is definitely seen a lot less now). This is mainly because the character has the ability to speak their own mother tongue, rather than be like "Hey, so, I spoke this language for 15 years but I magically forgot it because I don't live there anymore".
This may be seen as pointless, or more of a personal benefit (as I do have a Slovene character), but one more language genuinely will not hurt, and it just expands the diversity of Karakura and SRP characters as a whole. People could easily bring up the point of "It wont be applied for as much", but, neither are a handful of the languages, (e.g both Sudanese and Esparanto have never been applied for), this doesn't mean that those languages should be deleted, but it just shows that there are languages that haven't been used but are still up for application in the server, clearly not showing any issue with there being unused or minimally used languages.
