What's your Minecraft Username?: Fenrix99
What's the title of your suggestion?: more rooms inside a house and a fix for the houses and when they expire
What's your suggestion?:
You could add an extra, unique door to every house that stands out from the others. When players right-click it, a menu appears displaying a list of available rooms. Players can purchase and decorate these rooms as they wish. As the owner of a room, you’d be able to grant access to everyone or limit entry to specific players. Additionally, room owners could be given permissions similar to house owners, such as assigning a "room admin" role that allows them to manage the room, just like house admins do for their houses.
To ensure players don’t lose their houses, any member of the house could be required to enter it once a week or month to reset the house's timer. This would prevent it from being lost. You could also implement a small cost for maintaining the house, but it should be affordable enough for most players.
Alternatively, the room system could work similarly to plots. Instead of the default empty grass plot, the default plot could be an empty room, giving players the option to decorate and customize it as they wish.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
Even regular players will be able to purchase and decorate their own houses, which will encourage them to stay active in order to earn enough to buy decorations and additional rooms. If multiple players co-own a house, each player can create their own individual room, without the need to buy the largest house available.
