WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: I believe that if you already own the adult role, that after about 2 months, you should be able to apply for a higher age. Example; if you are 25, and wish to age up without a job, you can after a 2 month span. This could help with age differences and make SRP a bit more realistic. The age gap could be small, such as you can only add 5 years each time you age up. You can add anything between the 5 year span. So, for example you could skip 3 years if you desire, but you cant go higher than five until another 2 months has went by.
