Age and Grade Fix

I took this screenshot last night, but I have been stuck with grade 9, age 15 for the past few days. My username is hickley and I should be grade 12, age 18 by now. Sorry if this seems rude, I've waited to grade up but it won't let me. If you could help me with this, I would really appreciate this. Thanks!
