age and grade reset?!

hi there, my age and grade both reset for some reason and now say i am 7th even though i am 12th? but when i type /grade, it says i reached maximum grade, which is correct. Can someone respond and see if i can get my grade fixed to 12?
here is proof that i am 12th grade in the server.
