Age broken help

WHAT ROLE DO YOU NEED?: age 18
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT ROLE?: age 14
EVIDENCE: I haven't played in a while and it says I have the maximum grade, but my character age is 14. I know yall don't do age requests but I'm having so much trouble finding out how to change it myself and I think my game is broken. PLEASE HELP.
