Age issue

I used to play on the old map where I was a teacher however after being vacant from the server for an extended period of time I returned being back as a freshman. While I am happy to be a high schooler again, I am facing the issue of being incapable of ageing. I have posted about my issue previously and got a response but no action was taken. Please help me, thank you!
