Age Request - Age progression glitch

I have been playing for a very long time, and have yet to reach age 18. When I do /grade it says I have to wait several minutes but when I reach the end of the timer it just says you have reached the maximum grade, and soon it just repeats. I have had no problem aging up before this. This would be much appreciated if it would be fixed, as I would gain access to a lot of things that would previously be unavailable at my current age.
