ageing not working

hey, so I was in the old map and after being inactive for almost a year I found myself a freshman but for some odd reason I don’t seem to be ageing. I have been playing the game a significant amount of time now and should be ageing when I haven’t so was just hoping that you could fix my problem. In case you need it my current username is moodnoodle.

Type /ar check it should say how much longer it will take you to rank up.

i have infact typed in /ar check and it says: ‘meets all the requirements but has already completed this rank up before’

It's an older glitch from 2016-mid 2017 where you won't rank up, you would have to talk to a staff member to get it fixed, & as far as I know there is no other way
