Technically the age of the secondary slot of the last account is still lower, but I'm grading it up for that still! I simply used my other grade-12’s to play them currently by switching skins/descs, etc. ^-^”
I wasn’t sure where to put this, but it’s really important to me that I mention it somewhere:
I know my chances ARE low - I mean, I’m already in EMS and I’m a Teacher. That’s two full factions! Still, I truly hope that my activity, experience, commitment and reputation can balance that out..! Of course, I completely understand that people who are newer or not in any factions - or who don’t have prior faction experience - are prioritized, and that makes sense. It’s fair, and honestly a good thing. But even so, I still want to give this a shot and really, really hope that being in two factions won’t be the reason I get denied, if I do. I like, doubt it for 99% but if leaving a faction now would change my chances to get accepted, I probably would.
List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications:
Shopkeeper, Teacher, Nurse, Doctor
Applications are linked!
Describe your activity on the server:
Pretty cool, can’t lie :P. But seriously, I’d say my activity is “a bit over average.” That might sound crazy since I’m literally applying for my third faction, but hey, I guess I’m good at balancing life, studies, and free time?? (SRP). Anyhow, here’s how I USUALLY would/could find time to play:
| Time | Mon | Tue | Wed | Thu | Fri | Sat | Sun |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Before 13/1pm | Nope, #school | #school | #school | #school | #school | Technically yes, realistically no (Zzz) | Same as Saturday! |
3-6pm | Yes, unless exams | Yes, unless exams | Yes, unless exams | Yes, unless exams | Yes. | Yes! Fo sho | Yes |
7-10pm | most likely | most likely | most likely | most likely | MOST likely | most likely | yup! |
after 10pm (into midnight.. till 3am? Or whatever!) | Nuh uh | Nope | not happening | yeah, not happening either | probably! (definitely) | yuppp | Nooppee |
Meaning, I COULD around 7 hours on a NORMAL day!
And of course, when I have a bunch of exams this might be different/decreased. And for the final season, like almost everyone, it'll be radio silence !!
!!!:
No idea where to add this either but: I might not know crazy much about CombatRP but thanks to my multiple years of activity on this server and some #criminalRP in the past, I can definitely say I know the basics of combatrp & the law.
Anyway though, I'm like 99% sure this won't change anything, especially since I'm not planning to “just” stay three months IF I do get accepted.
Not sure why I do BUT I feel like mentioning this:
While I am deeply DESPERATELY hoping and applying around for part-time jobs, I'm even if I find one (hopefully), extremely free for the next two and a half months - woho woho surprise!! That is, because finals are over and I basically have NO school till august! (js 13-18th). And the whole of August into the middle of September are my summer holidays, so I'll be free like a butterfly ^-^.
What is your motivation for applying?:
Being a part of KPD has probably always been a dream for me. You know, that kind of “Ah, that’d be cool but I could never make that” dream when I was still a “greenie.” Pretty basic to say, I know - but it’s true! Of course, that’s not all. Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed changes within KPD, and every month I wanted to be part of it more and more. But since I joined EMS about 11 months ago, and even became a teacher afterwards, it kind of felt impossible..
However, being in EMS made me realize even more how the KPD “team” is such a close-team, almost “family”-like group - similar to EMS, though of course they’re not comparable and I’m not trying to say that. What I mean is, I grew closer to the idea of just trying for KPD no matter what the outcome would be. Especially because I realized how fun it can be to be part of a faction where you actually enjoy the “work” - both IC and OOC - that has to be done.
Obviously, I’m not trying to say I’ve had enough of EMS! I could never ever. I simply feel like KPD is such an exciting and different part of the whole SRP experience, and I’d love to give it a try. And, of course, not to forget - every time I see KPD walking around, whether it’s on patrol or doing their work and stopping criminals, I stop and wonder how much fun that would be for me.
But the main motivation is definitely the people and the work itself - being a part of KPD. I don’t know everything, of course, but what I do know already just makes me even more excited about the idea of joining KPD.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Well, as we all know, GangRP is a huge factor within SRP! So, it wouldn’t just be less fun for the people roleplaying crimes - it would also be way less realistic. With so much crime but no policing, it wouldn’t make sense. Many roleplay scenarios would get boring because there’s no real challenge if normal civilians just become victims ICly without any consequences. It wouldn’t be logical. Sure, there might be countries irl where policing is almost non-existent, but we’re on a literal Minecraft server set ICly in Japan, and it’s a SCHOOL roleplay server. It would feel weird to have 100% crime and 0% police. Without policing, SRP would slowly turn into CrimeRP, which would be kind of sad - especially since, like just said, this is a school roleplay server?! By this you can see that KPD is simply such a realistic, great and big opportunity for SO many different kinds of opportunities in so many ways for so many people on SRP.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, of course. (^_^)

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Okay, listen up!
I know that there are different roles, the BASICS:
Cadet:
The babies. The trainees. The CHILDREN of KPD! It’s when your application gets accepted but you’re in like a “probation” phase. You’re mid-training, not allowed to do much “real work” yet, nor leave the station (except if there’s a fire or the faction leader allows you!). Pretty simple, right? It’s what EVERYONE who’s in KPD, or ever was in KPD, starts as.
Patrol Officer:
Not in a rude way, but these are like the normies. Officers who finished their training and are now OFFICIAL officers who can do basically almost all the “real” work within KPD!
Corporal:
As far as I know, it’s a step higher — and they can now also train cadets to become patrol officers! More differences, however, I don’t know yet :/
Sergeant:
About Sergeants, I’m not too sure either. The only thing I know is that it’s a higher-up role and sort of a supervisor for all the lower roles within KPD!
Lieutenant:
The REAL higher-ups. As far as I know, this role is like the helping hand to the captain. They have the most experience and highest set of skills!!!
Captain:
Basically the head of the officer peeps. Not exactly sure what extra the captain can do (#yet), but I’m assuming extra supervision and stuff like that?
-
Detective Constable:
Pretty sure this is the role you get when you just promote or switch up to detective, and then you’re under extra supervision, learning all the stuff you have to know as a detective, etc.
Detective Sergeant:
Assumingly, these are the official detectives. When you “pass” whatever exam the detective constable might have to do, you’re now allowed to do REAL detective work.
Detective Inspector:
I’m not too sure, I can’t lie. Just that they’re some sort of higher-up within the detective division. And also, are the ones who train the Constable to become Sergeants.
Detective Chief Inspector:
The real higher-ups in the detective division. Assumingly, they give more supervision, help out the Superintendent, and serve as teachers and helping hands to the roles beneath them, while also leading the more serious crime investigations…?
Detective Superintendent:
The top of the detective division, like the captain in the main division. Also not too sure what they do exactly, but I assume they lead investigations — or at least the bigger ones — and obviously oversee the detectives within the division!
-
Commissioner:
Last but not least, the top of the police! They definitely oversee everything as a whole, probably manage some “bigger” or “specific” operations, events and supervise the workers. How exactly? I don’t know. .
This means, in short, that I’m not too sure what a lot of roles EXACTLY do, while for others I’m somewhat familiar. HOWEVER, I hope that I can get to know these roles even better in the future IF I get accepted! >_>

Now, to the actual police work, though. Here’s what I know officers/detectives have to do:
Arrest criminals, simplest one yet.
Patrol! Getting some fresh air while walking around the city, stopping any crimes that might be happening.
Handling reports, from EMS incident logs to simple reports civilians make at the station’s front desk.
Front desk duty! Simply assisting any civilians who have questions, trying to make a report of someone, etc.
Integrations, from just-arrested suspects to raids and stuff like that. While I don’t know too much about that, it’s one of the basics, right?
Town hall. I don’t know what to call this exactly, but you’ve probably seen officers guarding the town hall area when there’s a hearing going on - whether it’s by the door or next to the suspect in court! So… #security?
I don’t know what to call this next one either, but stuff like moving blood covered weapons to EMS to get DNA samples and things like that!
And much more… probably.

Police Baton:
- Basic bonk stick! It’s a steel baton that every officer gets - classic for knocking out thugs. Two hits to the head and they’re unconscious. This can only be used within a 2-block range, though.
Handcuffs:
- And, of course - handcuffs. What kind of officer doesn’t?? Every officer gets a pair. Used to cuff someone after an arrest, but if they’re resisting, you’ll need to do an action and roll for it. Even closer range than the baton - one block only!
Police Radio:
- Your waterproof, talk box. All officers get one, and it’s the main way to keep in contact with the whole KPD. Can’t be used to fight, but can be destroyed with a blunt or sharp weapon.
STUN BLASTERRR!!
- Yes it’s dramatic. Fires at a distance to freeze a target for 60 seconds straight -- no movement at all. But to take it out during action, you’ll need to roll successfully. Can be used from pretty far away - like 8 blocks.
Tranquilizer:
- Ooo fancy, no? This slick plastic tool knocks a person OUT for 2 full minutes. BUT it’s only for Police Sergeants and Detective Inspectors. Like the stun blaster, it takes an action and roll to draw if you’re not already ready. Also needs a roll to reload, if you’re in range. Its range to ‘shoot’ is massive though - around 30 blocks!
Riot Shield:
- All officers can use one. It’s only for protection, meaning an officer cant push a target out of range with it. Can be stolen only if the officer’s KO and they have proper mug perms.
Then, there’s a couple more equipment, which are only ITEMRP:
- Stuff like the body camera, a constantly recording and live-streaming waterproof camera that’s attached to the officer’s uniform. It can’t be taken off, but can be destroyed (2 blunt hits or 1 stab hit). Acts just like a CCTV from the officer’s POV!
- Or the first-aid kit, used to stop bleeding until EMS arrives - gives an extra 5 minutes to the bleed-out timer!
- and so onnnn!

Which is.. kinda brutal but also ironic, because I love elephants.”

“I have just turned twenty-five.”
(It's been ten months)

“I’mmmmmm female and go by she/her but also wouldn't mind they/them.”
Please select your highest academic role at the time of writing this application:

What languages does your character know besides Japanese?:
“I fluently speak Telugu, Kinyarwanda and English!”
- “Pretty cool, right?”
Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Looks:
She has a mix of features - some Rwandan, some Indian, and a little Thai, with an Asian-ish skin tone that ties it all together. Even though her features come from different places, it somehow works, and she ends up looking stunning! ^-^
There’s a small, very old scar running from just above her right eyebrow to the middle of her eye, adding a bit of character to her face.
She’s about 5'3", with a build that’s balanced - athletic but also a bit soft and strong at the same time. At first, she seems super sweet, but when you talk to her, she can give off a bit of a “mean girl” or “why am I here?” vibe. That’s just her calm way of being in the moment. Sometimes she might seem passive-aggressive, but really, she’s supportive and can be really silly when she wants to.
Her hair is light blond with a pastel blue pattern on the left side and a big dark blue strand on the right. It definitely stands out and shows off her unique and seemingly silly style!
On both arms, she’s got thin leaf tattoos, which are connected to another, done the old-school way - not with a machine, but hand-poked or hand-inked using traditional techniques from probably India or Rwanda - her Home! They look meaningful, like they mean something important to her.
Vibe:
Her eyes are bright and curious, but sometimes they get this calm, thoughtful look like she’s deep in her own world. Her skin’s mostly clear but has a few little imperfections that make her feel real.
She carries herself with quiet confidence - not trying to be #nonchalant, but her posture is always on point, like she’s just.. too comfortable being herself?
You’ll often catch her humming some random tune nobody can place, which just adds to her slight mysterious vibe. Heh.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In a professional situation, she would definitely lock in and always try her best. She’s the type of person who doesn’t just do “work as much as I have to and that’s it” but actually DOES more because she has fun in her work. She’s focused and reliable, and even when things get tough, she stays calm and keeps pushing forward. People notice that she’s serious about what she does but also open to collaborating and learning new things.
Meanwhile, in casual situations, it—like… HIGHLY varies. It depends on who’s around, what her mood is, and the vibe she’s feeling. Mostly, she’d simply be calm, just existing with a happy face. Or, she’d be extra #silly and have fun with the people around her. Sometimes she’s the chill one in the group, and other times she’s the one making jokes or being playful. It really depends, but she’s always genuine and supportive.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
“So. Lovely. - Back at home, basically every town was like one big family or workplace. So, since birth, I really enjoy teamwork and having co-workers to rely on and have fun with. It’s like a dream come true. Before I fell in love with policing, I knew whatever I will work as - it had to be something where teamwork is important to at least some degree.”

Uhhhmmm just as a heads up? I technically have grade-12 there?! I have my college B on that account, which I would like to get moved to my secondary slot. (Which I will ask for when (if) i get accepted!)
What languages does your character know besides Japanese?:
“I fluently speak Telugu, Kinyarwanda and English!”
- “Pretty cool, right?”
Yeah, so technically I have French and JSL on that account, but I’m planning to move both of those languages to another account and submit the Telugu and Kinyarwanda language applications - which I’ve already written #ready - as soon as I get accepted, if I do.

Erm. the one below :/

What's your character's backstory?
IDK why theres TWO spoilers!!

Khanyisile has a beautiful blend of Rwandan, Thai, and Indian heritage. Her father is half Thai and half Rwandan because his mother was fully Thai and his father was fully Rwandan for many generations. They met in a very silly way - but that story is for another time! Khanyi’s mother is fully Indian, born and raised in Andhra Pradesh, which is on the southeastern coast of India. So Khanyisile’s background combines cultures from Central Africa and Southeast Asia, making her heritage truly unique and rich. She was born in Rwanda, however has been teached maaannyy maaanyy cultural and traditional things from all of her heritages, but especially Rwandan and Indian. Khanyi fluently speaks Kinyarwanda and Telugu thanks to her parents' teachings. Her mother has been teaching her Telugu, her mother language since birth, while Khanyi’s father did the same with Kinyarwanda. Not to forget, her grandma (and grandpa) visited A LOT. When she did, she always teached Khanyi a bunnnchh of things. From cultural things to some helpful Thai phrases, just because. Thanks to the supportive and genuine loveable environment, Khanyi’s life was relaxing and she did well in school.
13 - 15
Khanyisile’s family decided to move to India, her mother’s home place to be exact. There, she had some troubles adapting to the new environment. I mean, afterall, you cannot compare RWANDA with india! Anyway though, Why the move? For better learning purposes for Khanyi. Of course, it wasn't the best.. Like at all. But! Khanyisile got a lot of support, especially from her grandma to get better academically and she was DETERMINED to do extremely well, get a good job and pay back all her love to her family one day.
16
Woah? Special Time? Just one age? Hmmm!
WELL, YES! Listen up, guys. This story is gonna make you giggle:
16 - 18
After that, she had completely locked in and was more than focused on her goal. Thinking and researching about police work, she realised how perfect it'd be for her. It was as if it was always right infront of her.. right under her nose - but she never actually realised it, you know? She studied deeply, almost every day. From researching herself, information from local police officers, books and information she got thanks to her grandmother, and so so on. In the meanwhile, she fell in love with the japanese policing culture and simply japan itself. How? Neela was half-japanese and so she got curious how’d be there.. Boom fell in love. Kinda funny how simple it sounds, no? As soon as she set her goal - to become a police officer in Japan - Khanyi decided to start studying. She studied intensively at school and even more at home. She learned the basics of policing through books from libraries, help from teachers, visits to local police stations, and, most importantly, a lot of her own research. She also began learning Japanese by attending a small after-school program. It wasn't perfect, but she managed to perfect it herself. As she had her whole life plan laid out, she decided to move out, after she had ended her school there, at 18, almost 19.

19 - 24
Khanyisile moved, alone, to Tokyo, Japan. One of the busiest cities in the whole world. She managed crowded places with no struggle thanks to being used to rushing, and things like that from her home in Rwanda. However, it took her a couple of years to actually adapt to the language, pronounce it well enough to be classified as “fluent” and of course - feel included. As soon as she moved to Tokyo, she focused on studying. Like, head on. She dived into a popular UNI and successfully and very well completed both - her Bachelor and Master in Criminal Justice. As for her PhD, she ended up completing a Criminal Psychology one. She might seem like a nerd, but she's just full of commitment to become what she dreams of being.
25
Happy, adapted, and ready she decided to look for the perfect place to actually start through as a Police officer. After some digging, she came familiar with Karakura. And its vibe seemed perfect to her, so it was decided. I mean, what's the worst thing that could happen?

Woah? Special Time? Just one age? Hmmm!
WELL, YES! Listen up, guys. This story is gonna make you giggle:

Happy, adapted, and ready she decided to look for the perfect place to actually start through as a Police officer. After some digging, she came familiar with Karakura. And its vibe seemed perfect to her, so it was decided. I mean, what's the worst thing that could happen?
General knowledge (Written in IC)
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
“No. - Of course not.”
“That would turn this town in even more- Anyway, no. You CANNOT legally own a pocket knife.. in Karakura. They would end up wiiith jail time and possession of illegal Weaponry would be on the record, too.”
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription #EMS
“Uhhh, unbranded bandages, wooden cane, Hearing Aid, Melatonin and those basic- uh. Multivitamins and Iron supplements! ..” - "Was that five?”
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
“Hmm, it does depend on the situation. In short, I would first make sure my body camera is on, so I’d have some evidence, or bring in someone nearby - I mean, if someone’s standing next to me. Then I’d step in between them to stop my co-worker. I’d check the inmate’s injuries and might even call EMS to treat them, meanwhile I’d speak to my co-worker about why — and what caused — this- this.. event. I mean.. hello?? I’d definitely radio for more co-workers to support and assess the situation and/or help me. If possible, I’d do that before interrupting. And obviously, I’d bring it up to the Commissioner with the evidence, whether through reporting it to an HU or directly to them.”
-
“HOWEVER. If- let's say.. the co-worker was abusing the inmate so badly it was about to become life-threatening! I’d immediately jump in and stop them, still having my body camera on if possible. I’d follow the same process but will probably have to radio for help /after/ stopping the abuse if it’s that serious. And EVEN if I would have no evidence myself, I’d still bring it up to the commissioner or some higher-up who would then report it. I mean, I can't just act like it never happened.. obviously.”
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
“Well, wow. Uhhmm. That /very/ depends on the situation. I mean, it could be one person, a whole gang! - another co-worker or bla bla? Hmm. Well, no matter what I would immediately and quickly call it into the radio, calling for help of course. (if possible). THEN, I’d step between them, helping my co-worker.”
-
“However, I'd probably have a different approach if it was mannnyyy people who is assaulting my co-worker. Perchance waiting for a radio reply first, if- possible.. depending on the injuries obviously. Or trying to talk to them first instead of immediately jumping in, to try and you know- de-escalating with words.. Which might sound silly, but just recklessly jumping into a fight with no goal in the rear mirror is simply dumb, no?”
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
“Oooh… hm. If I’m sure, or even just somewhat sure, I’d tell whichever higher-up I’m most comfortable with or trust the most — first. Then, I’d try to gather some evidence if I can.. but really only if i can without being super reckless. If I already had evidence, probably from when/where I found out that they are corrupt OR once I get some, I’d report it to the commissioner immediately and directly. I’d definitely also tell the lead of the department they are in.. I suppose. If I couldn’t get solid proof myself, whether it'd be too dangerous or I simply don't manage to do so, I’d still bring it up to the higher-ups, because it’s important to at least get someone… official involved. Ignoring it- just isn’t an option.”
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
“Erm. Pretty obvious, I guess. At first I would say something like ‘Bribery is a fineable offense, you know that, right?’ But if it's like… super specific or repeated or something, I’d fine them pretty much immediately - or ask an officer with a higher role, to do so if I'm- a cadet and can't yet?” ^-^.
