Already reached maxed rank atleast 3 times?

Hello, so I have been playing the game and recently realized that in order to rank up I need to stay for a specific amount of time in the server and I just did that, I was grade 7 and now I am currently at grade 9 and then at grade 9 I reached at least 3 times maximum grade when I do /grade and I thought it was normal since I am going to go up to grade 10 and needed like a 5 maximum rank ups and then I asked the discord server if it is normal then they said that it is a glitch so I am here making a thread and I hope any of the higher ups can help me. If I am the one at mistake here please let me know, maybe there is something that I have forgotten or I did a mistake that is why I can't rank up to grade 10.
