I'd say I'm actually pretty online on the server, sometimes at the crack of dawn because I haven't slept or deep into the night because I couldn't sleep.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A counseler is a trained professional, their job is to help people work through personal, emotional and social problems. A counseler is expected to have a safe and non-judgemental space to talk, listen carefully and help individuals understand their feelings and challenges.
Counselors mainly give guidance, suggest coping strategies and he;p set goals. Often connecting people with other resources and/or support. So, whether its dealing with stress, making decisions or planning for the future. A counselers aim is to support people in improving their well-being.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I started playing pretty young, sometime 'round 2020-2021, though im not sure exactly of the EXACT timeframe. I've always loved Minecraft, especiaslly roleplay.
As a kid, I used to watch Itsfunnehs minecraft yandere series and was fascinated by the storytelling and roleplaying aspect. I'd often create my own characters and storylines, often making little comics and sharing them with friends.
At the same time, i roleplayed on Roblox, playing games like Bloxburg and Royale high - i also used to make videos for a popular channel i owned which i later archived out of pure embarrassment..!
When i grew older, I borrowed my brothers MC account and began to explore different servers - thats when i found SRP! I started out pretty mediocre, too nervous to talk to anyone and feeling to new to really fit in. But i was able to make friends quickly. I kept playing consistently for about a year and a half before stopping, because my brother said I couldn't use his account anymore.
In 2023, I made a new acc and finally returned. It took me a while to adjust to all the changes - new shading styles, updated roleplay rules.. But I caught on quickly! I ended up joining three families and a gang at a friend's begging.
I became a member of the Forelli Family, always attending meetings when my TZ allowed and staying active within the chat and voice calls, even though I was shy at first I ended up warming up and got to know everyone. I also joined multiple other families, the ones I remember being Misono, Angeloff and Miyushi.
I took a break for a while due to OOC problem'os but came back toward the end of 2024, during this period, I joined the sinnerous gang (Now, Manhato) and played with lots of my friends. During the last half of 2025 I spent a short time in a P2L gang called Moebius, and will be attempting to join White knuckles for some looooreeeeeee.. I was also part of the EMS faction as a trainee for a while!
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I’ve honestly wanted to for a more interesting roleplay experience rather then just playing as a Grade 12!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Tyrese leans back slightly, his broad shoulders relaxed against the flimsy swivel chair which seemed to tremble under his frame. His hands are hovering over a paper, the side of his fingers slightly showing off a friction bruise. His chest gently rises and falls as he takes a slow breath every few seconds, “I understand you are upset.” he says, in a measured tone. Peering at the student from underneath his ‘fro, his “Lets see if we can speak respectfully, If you want to talk about whats happening.. I’m here to listen.”
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Tyrese immediately stepped forward, his voice firm but controlled. “Hey, stop this. Now”, He carefully positioned himself in the middle of the two, his hand softly guiding them away from each other with a slight grip of steel. “Fighting isn’t going to solve anything, let’s step aside and talk. Ok?”
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Tyrese walks by the scene, a toastie hanging out of his mouth as he struggles to keep the stack of textbooks under his arm from slipping - his eyes hover over the scene, and he instantly puts down the textbooks - leaving his wrapped up toastie sitting perfectly on top of them all. His eyes narrow, however he keeps his voice calm and steady as he steps closer to intervene. “Hey, stop that. Right now.” He signals for the others to move backwards, and once the crowd died down he turned to his colleague, “That was seriously unsafe, you’re supposed to follow the PROPER procedures.”
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Tyrese can often be found munching on a nice toastie or a sandwich.. Anything with bread, really.. His frame is often distributed, his legs crossed on a table as he sips from his favourite coffee cup that has the words, “WORLDS #1 DAD (&HUSBAND!)”, his slightly bruised fingers play around with the golden wedding band that sits on his ring finger.
Sometimes his hands are occupied by a newspaper, folded up and close to his face as he pushes his glasses all the way up. He also sometimes hangs on his phone, holding it in a rather… Old way, with both of his hands gripping the phone. His phone is suited up with one of those protective phone cases, it's quite ugly..
Tyrese will often chat up his co-workers whenever they're around, a small laugh or joke thrown around or a discussion of their work so far.

/me smiled softly as one of his ‘regulars’ walked in, his hand moving towards the younger male's hand in a soft but steady ‘dap’. “How’ve you been since the last session?” He says slowly, careful to not overwhelm the student with fast speech and stacked questions.
/me folded his hands over his lap, a small grimace fell over his face for a moment before he looked up. “I really am quite concerned for you,” His hands fiddle with his mug before he continues, “Is there anything I could do, or is it done and finished..?”

She seemed to be quite vulnerable and open, considering the stories that had just spilt out of her mouth. “Right, is there any reason you’ve been keeping this in for so long”, his voice is soft, sweet - with the slightest edge to keep her focused.

Tyrese Santana wasn’t lucky enough to grow up normally. Raised in a rough, unforgiving neighborhood, every street corner had a story and every face a hidden agenda. The Santana name carried weight long before he finished high school, bringing both respect and expectations he didn’t always want. From an early age, he learned that careful observation, control, and strategic thinking mattered more than brute force, and that mistakes could follow you for a lifetime.
After high school, Tyrese found a way to navigate the streets while pursuing his future. He ran a small drink bar and an underground casino, consolidating influence in his neighborhood without drawing unnecessary attention. The bar and casino weren’t dreams—they were tools, ways to gain resources and stability while keeping his family safe. He moved between local crews without ever taking sides, using diplomacy, quick thinking, and street smarts to maintain his position.
At the same time, Tyrese enrolled in college, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Education. Balancing academics with the responsibilities of running a small operation wasn’t easy, but he thrived. His experiences on the streets gave him insight into human behavior, which complemented his academic studies. During this time, he also became fluent in English and Japanese, a skill that would later help him connect with a diverse group of students.
By now, Tyrese had a child, whose safety became his top priority. When threats from his past began reaching his family, he made a difficult decision: he dismantled what he could, closed the bar and casino, and relocated to Karakura. There, he transitioned into a safer, more constructive role—as a school counselor—where he could use both his academic training and street-honed skills to guide and protect students.
In Karakura, he met his husband, a calm and grounded presence that offered something Tyrese had never known: stability. Together, they raised Tyrese’s child and eventually married. For the first time, Tyrese wasn’t running—he was building a future. The streets he came from shaped him, but Karakura gave him the room to redefine what the Santana name meant: strength, resilience, and care.

"I don't want any of the young adolescents here at KHS to suffer like my family did, although I primarily caused some of the suffering back in the states.. I came here, to Japan to give back.
