It all started with one man, one only known in SAT Documents as 'The Wanderer'...

The Wanderer was an old man with a grizzled appearance and a rough past. He had lived a hard life, filled with violence and crime, and had spent most of his youth in and out of prison. As he approached his later years, he began to feel a sense of regret and remorse for the mistakes he had made in his life.

The Wanderer was a man who had lived a hard life. Born in Japan, he had spent his youth in the streets, fighting and scrapping to survive. Eventually, he was recruited into the Yamaguchi Gumi, one of the most powerful Yakuza clans in Japan.

For years, The Wanderer rose through the ranks of the organization, becoming one of their most feared and respected members. He was skilled in martial arts and had a reputation for being ruthless and relentless in his pursuit of power. As he approached his later years, however, The Wanderer began to feel a sense of regret and remorse for the life he had lived. The constant violence and criminality had taken its toll, and he longed for something more.

Determined to turn his life around in 1987, The Wanderer moved from his initial life in South Karakura, becoming settled in the grimy streets of North Karakura, a place known for its corruption and crime, and began to operate as a vigilante, using the alias "The Wanderer."

As the years passed, The Wanderer grew older and his body began to show the signs of his harsh lifestyle. His reflexes slowed, his strength waned, and he found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the physical demands of his vigilante work. Despite this, he refused to give up, determined to continue his fight for justice in Karakura. But as time went on, he knew that he needed help. He needed someone younger, stronger, and more able to carry on the work he had started.

Under his guidance, a group eventually formed. They called themselves "Anarchy," a nod to their rebellious and unconventional methods of bringing justice to the streets. The team was made up of a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique skills and abilities. These individuals came from all walks of life - some were former soldiers, others were ex-cons, and a few were just everyday people who had grown tired of the corruption and injustice plaguing their city. They all had one thing in common, however: they were fed up with the way things were and they were willing to do whatever it took to bring about change.

As the years went on, Anarchy's legend grew, and their legend inspired others to join their cause and take a stand against the forces of evil that threatened the city. With each victory, they grew stronger and more united, determined to rid Karakura of its criminal elements once and for all.
At first, Anarchy's methods were extreme and often involved violence and destruction. They targeted known criminals and corrupt officials, taking them down with brute force and leaving a trail of chaos in their wake. While some saw them as heroes fighting for justice, others saw them as a menace, adding to the already volatile climate in Karakura. As time passed, Anarchy began to refine their tactics and focused more on covert operations and gathering intelligence. They worked behind the scenes, taking down criminal organizations and exposing corrupt officials. Though they still operated outside the law, they made sure to minimize collateral damage and civilian casualties.

A long but quiet career continued for the group, but so did the
Special Assault Team's hunger for their arrest warrants. This all came ahead during the Chimera incident crisis of 2019. After the crisis, a criminal political organisation called the Karakura Akuma, who seeked extremist pro-Japanese traditional beliefs to stay the norm -- were planning to auction off the last remaining samples of the Harlequin Virus.

The members of The Wanderer's vigilante taskforce knew that they couldn't take on the Karakura Akuma alone. The ********* group was too powerful and too well-protected, and they needed help if they were going to take them down. So, they approached
RECRUIT M, an agent of the Japanese Special Assault Team who they knew to be acting rogue and off the books. Furukawa was a skilled and experienced operator, and the taskforce knew that he could be a valuable ally in their fight against the Karakura Akuma.

After some initial hesitation, Furukawa agreed to help the taskforce, seeing their mission as a chance to further his own efforts in Karakura and make amends for his past mistakes. Together, they began to plan a secret capture mission, aimed at taking down the Karakura Akuma and disrupting their plans to sell a deadly virus that could spark another crisis. However
RECRUIT M had other thoughts. The taskforce knew that the mission would be risky and that they would be up against some of the most dangerous and well-trained *********s in the world. But they were all united in their determination to see it through to the end, no matter what the cost.

The auction was being held by the Query, a powerful and enigmatic figure who had connections to both the Akuma and The evil Black Market. This auction had to be stopped by all means necessary. Unbeknownst to the Task force,
RECRUIT M received orders from a high-ranking SAT general to burn the auction arena to the ground, to kill as many birds with one stone as possible.

The Special Assault team
(unbeknownst to Anarchy) had already infiltrated the arena, planting explosives and preparing to burn it to the ground. As the auction began, RECRUIT M and his team set off the explosives, causing the arena to go up in flames. The criminals inside were killed, and the Harlequin Virus samples were destroyed. RECRUIT M emerged victorious, having eliminated the Query, the Karakura Akuma, and the Vigilante Task Force in one fell swoop.

The virus sample was destroyed and the *********s were burnt alive, this is the apparent ending the story of what appeared to be the only moral criminals in this town.
