Another lost item

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME:
Rose Ring & black flip phone & cigarette.

EVIDENCE:

The left screenshot was taken many hours ago, not 100% sure when exactly.
The right screenshot was taken 20 minutes or so after a sudden crash.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I'm not completely sure if this will be accepted, as looking through my inventory via backlog, i've switched many times throughtout by switching characters and in tune switching my inventorys as well.
I've searched all my chests to see if i lost anythignt here, i do already have 1 cigarette and flip phone but i had two in total for both. And 1 rose ring thats no longer in my inventory that my friend bought for my character when they got engaged.​

I pray I can get that ring back at least!
