Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I tend to be on the server quite often, staying on atleast 5-7 hours daily. On the forums I try to be as active as I can.
TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council?: The student council are typically a group of students who are elected by their peers. They help organize school events and usually have meetings with other council members to address issues that the students and staff may have, finding a suitable way to fix the issue.
Who or what brought you to applying for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
[OOC] OOCly, I'm just interested to see how this works seeing as I haven't done anything similar, I want to help along with events and make Karakura the best school it can possibly be.
[IC] Well I'm a vocal person which I think will aid the school council a lot. The concept of a school council interests me and I'd like to help everyone's school experience be the best it can be.
What does the school council of Karakura do?: I believe that the school council of Karakura is the same as other school councils, they help plan events and address the issues of the stundents and staff.
How would you describe your work ethic?: I can stay motivated to the cause if I believe it's worth it and I can be extremely professional if need be.
What interests you the most about the student council?: I know I've said it multiple times already in the application, but I'd like to help plan events and carry them out. It's a new type of role that I feel like can enhance my roleplay experience.
Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?: I've had about 4 years worth of roleplaying experience under my belt. I started roleplay on (as cringey as it sounds) Roblox and I moved onto minecraft from there. I played on a medieval server for about a year where I then moved onto SRP where I've been ever since.
SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
I'd try to lean them towards a better idea with the same concept or if the idea couldn't have been improved upon I'd give them some constructive criticism if I could and move onto another idea.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?: I'd take their criticisms with a grain of salt, attempting to improve on the idea if possible based on their remarks. If it couldn't be improved, I'd accept it and move on.
There is a split decision on an idea. The councillors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?: Assuming that there's a teacher or person of higher power at the meeting, I'd ask them to help before it erupts into something worse. I'd calmly help the teacher with calming the group down, before suggesting we put it to a vote wether the idea is good or not, making sure everyone will accept the outcome.
A councillor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?: I'd tell them to stop what they're doing, before warning them that this could end with them losing their position as a council member. If they'd continue to abuse their role I would get a faculty member or perhaps the council president to help cool the situation down. At the next meeting I'd most likely bring it up and as a group we'd decide how to handle them.
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?: I would ask other members how they felt about it and if multiple people agreed with me then we'd confront the president as a group to tell them how we feel about it. If that wasn't an option I'd ask them in a calm manner what they meant by it, to see if I can understand from their point of view.
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councillors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?: I'd confront the two of them to ask them about their problems with each other, I'd try to resolve these problems if possible, but if not then I'd contact the council president to see what they think of the situation and their solution.

Brief summary of how they act- your character’s personality: Well, she's a bit of a hard case to solve. She acts rather spoiled, but she's a good person at heart. She's rather vocal about her opinions and won't shy away from getting her point across.
Character appearance/attire: Aemelie Sillaste is an Estonian girl, she'd have an athletic body as she stood at 5'5. She has brown hair, that's accompanied by her light blue eyes. She could usually be seen with an expressionless look on her face.
She's usually wearing a dress colored black, or anything formal.
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?: Well despite my mean-ish personality, I can be a kind person to others who will be there to help the new kids may they have any questions about the school and I can put in hard work towards the improvement of the school.
Why do you want this position?: Well, besides the fact that I want to be give back to the school I've studied at for so long, there's not much else. I have some great ideas that I think will make the school more welcoming to the newer students. Not only that, but I think I can encourage students to learn on at Karakura College.
What interests you the most about student council?: The fact that it's a great group to improve your leadership skills is a big reason why. I hear the council helps along with events and that's exactly what I'd like to do for the school and being more active in everyone's every day school life sounds amazing.
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?: I'd like to believe that I'm good at socialising with other people and I think that will help along with students expressing their problems with the school to me which will then help us, as the council to find good solutions to their problems.
