What's the title of your suggestion?: Any staff, helper -> to SR being able to do shop opening announcements

What's your suggestion?:
My suggestion is that usually when managers want to open stores due to admins being unable or being busy (which I respect admins have bigger more important things to do than some shop adverts) it makes it hard to usually open. I myself have experienced this where I find it hard to open.

So my idea is that helpers and mods should also be able to do adverts, not only lightening the load on admins that are asked to do it but so that shops have more successful managers openings.

However if this is not already a thing due to the simple reason of Helpers and mods shouldn't be able to announce server wide announcements (adverts) then I understand as to why it is not already a thing.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will benefit the community as it will not only take the load off of what admins already have to deal with however furthermore it will increase shop openings that are conducted by managers due to higher rates of success, meaning that more RP can happen and shops can meet quota much easier with less reliability on store owners, allowing for stores to become more independent if the shop keeper wishes to allow that.

Sure, make it possible for moderators to do server wide announcements, if that isn't already possible. However, don't give that privilege to helpers.

popping in for this suggestion

giving moderators + is the best way to go for all factions, especially event teams and any factions that frequently host events. Previously, Admins have been the only ones able to make these announcements so it could be trouble to get one (since at one point or another there have been less admins). Since Moderator is no longer an entry role, giving them that ability makes everything a lot easier for everyone when they need something announced.

If a shopkeeper is the one in the faction and the one being required to meet quota, the shopkeeper should be the one producing the /advert, rather than relying on admins to constantly do the adverts instead (given that shopkeepers apply to be able to open their own shop). And if a shopkeeper isn't available, they can always put a message in the shop faction chat to see if another shopkeeper can post it for one of their managers (and if not, an admin)

Shopkeepers shouldn't be using managers/supervisors to grind money for them. They should always be at least present for the discussion and/or help with opening by finding people to advert or posting the advert themselves so there really shouldn't be a need for mods to be able to do this, in my opinion.

While I agree with how its difficult to open when theres not much admins on as a manager (I owned fight club and had to DM multiple staff to open the club sometimes)
I also agree with Sak here, shopkeeper makes the player rich when done correctly, shopkeeps shldnt be able to use the managers to open for them.

But i agree w mods being able to do announcements/adverts, just not for shop managers

It'd be nice if mods could do /event for when there aren't any admins on just to make the process smoother, but otherwise -1

Thank you for your suggestion!

- Shopkeepers should be available to advert for shops, however we will be removing RPNames from adverts for staff to avoid confusion in scenarios that do require us to advert on behalf of a shopkeeper.
