And for the ERP one, that was a genunine mistake as I did not know what I was doing was classed as ERP.

What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?: My motivation for becoming a professor stems back to when I first joined the server, I was always to scared to apply for things, mainly because the first time I did apply for something, It was declined. After that I worked up the courage and became a college student, but again was declined Librarian. However, I have from the beginning wanted to be a professor, I looked up to them both ICly and OOCly. But never thought I would have the courage to apply. However I am applying now.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I have been on this server for almost a year, I beleive just under a year by a month or two. I have roleplayed both as a HS student and as a college student, I've also been very active in Gang Roleplay, leading multiple gangs, and being commanders in others. I've also been in the gang known as 'Miyagi' during their attempt to re-vitalise Gang Roleplay. Apart from that I've been involved in various school RP events. I have a lot more experience, but it would drag this application on a lot longer and I value your eyes.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
To begin with. What are classroom logs? Classroom logs are the place you log all of your classes, making it clear to the dean and all other members of staff you are indeed doing your job. You are to screen shot you hosting the class and the intercom announcements. They are important because without them, a lot of teachers would claim they have done classes, even though they could of just not done them. Meaning it would be extremely likely people would be getting paid- and getting credit for doing a lot of work they just weren't doing in reality.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
All students must show up on time.
Cell Phones are not permitted in class.
Food and drink items are not to be consumed within the classroom. With the excecption being water.
Homework is to be handed in within the allocated time otherwise a 0% will be given out.
Being disrespectful/swearing in classroom will result in a kick from the class.
Instructions from the professor are to be followed at all times.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): As mentioned previously I have had a lot of Gang Roleplay experience, but also that as a student. I've seen good professors and bad, And I have roleplayed interactions with them, From sitting at the front to being active in debates, I've also done a lot of events in School RP, from the gas event to the zombie event. Out of SRP, I've been in a lot of discord Roleplays, where I have picked up detail Roleplay from if needed/enviroment calls for it.

A college professor is to grade their students work, Make sure they are paying attention to the lesson, not in one ear and out the other, but above all they should inspire their students. A college professors job is to prepare the younger generation for a higher level of education. They are to make sure the students are fully equipped with a learning enviroment they can feel comfortable in. A college professor must also log the classes they teach. This is so that the College Dean can check to see if the teachers are meeting their Monthly Quota of 15 college classes, and if they're going above.
Each professor that teaches 15 classes, For this they earn 300,000 yen (Provided they log the classes)
Every 5 classes they teach extra, they will earn another 50,000 yen. Paychecks will be cashed in at the end of each month.

Liam is a rather open man. He used to during his college days be secluded and off, spending all his time in his studies. However, once he grew up, The German male of 5'5, Grown to 5'9 by the time of his adult life, became rather open. Spending time with friends, family etc a lot more than he would in his younger life. Liam has black hair and blue eyes, Taking after his parents in that regard as they both were the same as him. Liam has Aspergers Syndrome, meaning he struggles to socialise, however he dosen't let that stop him, attempting to be as open as he can to people. Being a friendly person in general he wouldn't dream of insulting someone. What makes Liam unuiqe is this aswell, but for a different reason. He has High-Functioning Autism, (Aspergers Syndrome), He has a 'Hyper Interest' as a result of this, with that being History, Specificaly the Second and first world wars. With a multitude of other historical periods. Liam views all students as adults in the sense that he will respect them if they respect him. He won't treat them as kids and humiliate them, He will treat them as young adults. He views students as the next generation and makes it his task to look out for them in any way he can. He values their time in school and gets that they're here because they want to learn, but they also don't want to have their time wasted. So while he likes to make his lessons fun, he will also mix it up with a heavy dose of education and learning. Liam aspires to get a posistion higher up the education ladder, Where that will take him is un known, but his goal is to ascend the ladder as much as possible. However, for the time being, his main goal is not to jump to the top, but instead is to mentor his students. He truly cares for them and wants to see them grow into fine young men or women.
Scenarios
You find a group of sport-team members screaming and shouting in the halls, What do you do?
I would approach them calmly, and would not intimidate them. I'd ask them calmly if they could quiten down as they represent this school/college, and it is not a good look for them or their educational base if they are seen doing this. If they do not quiten down, I would alert a higher power in the educational chain of command, And would allow them to deal out whatever punishment they feel is deserving.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
This is a big no-no. Seeing as they are College Students, meaning they choose to learn, I would warn them, but seeing how they do not listen to a word I'm saying, I would inform the Dean or Vice-Dean to possibly revoke their College benefits and role. College students are to act mature at all times as are Professors, so seeing them doing this would result in informing the dean or vice dean. Making sure to make a note of it in my logs.

Backstory
In his childhood, Liam grew up on the border of Germany and Luxembourg. He borrn to two German parents, however his roots traced into the Geographical area of Luxembourg aswell, He was a bright student, getting top of his class in some subjects, mostly history and Geography, whilst failing miserably at mathatmatics. In his later childhood, Liam was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, effecting his already dire social life. Liam got bullied, for his grades and his diagnosis. Eventually when he reached the age of 14 he had enough. His parents were convinced by him to allow him to transfer to a small High School in Hiroshima under the disguise of a better learning enviroment. The truth is Liam hated everything about his previous school, the teachers were loud and mean, They didn't care about their students; Only their next pay check. As Liam went through school he found this to be a big issue and deceided he wanted to become a College Professor to make sure the higher level of education was able to prepare people fully.
When he grew up, upon eaching the age of 19, He moved to Karakura, Enrolling in the Community College. To begin with Liam didn't know a lot of people, he was living in the apartment of his brother's friend who was in prision. He eventually started dating someone, however that fell through. Liam put his all into his studies, and gave it all he could. Eventually he graduated and spent several years in teaching jobs around the country before flying back to Karakura, the place of his graduation, and applying for a job as a College Professor.
