Code: 7453 (I believe that's what the ticket code as if it's not my bad I would get screenshots but I'm not on the best computer at the moment and cant have Minecraft opened with other windows)
USERNAME: HeavensMyth, Amaee (apartment owner), Le33y (an apartment resident), Shorty00108 (my alt account)
APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1566.9333 / 57.00000 / 541.402
ISSUE: I and my friends share an apartment,(we are roomies icly and best friends oocly) but we paid 100K on the apartment on October 30th, 2021 giving us 60 days to pay it again but today on December 2nd, 2021. I logged on and went to the apartment to see that it was owned by someone completely different and was also completely emptied. we had over 200k worth of items in chests in the apartment as well as my custom weapon the heavenly Hydra. it would mean a lot if you guys could help us sort this out.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

here are a few screenshots to prove we paid 100k on the apartment on Oct 30th, 2021, 3 hours before we could have lost the apartment. even on the sign, it says 60 days so we should have lost the apartment on December 27th, 2021. yet now on December 2nd, it is being owned by someone else, and our items are gone. I do have more screenshots of us paying that day but I believe these two are the best to prove our statement. This apartment did/does mean everything to us and at some points, it was the only reason we were playing SRP along with the items we acquired over time that was stored in that apartment.

Apartments are disowned when the owner is inactive for 30 days+, this is written in the rules; we cannot rollback the items lost. We recommend you use the school lockers if you live in someone elses' properties to store your personal items to avoid losing them.
